I'm still convinced Din Djarin is force sensitive, but he is totally unaware of it, and his own PTSD is holding him back. They have showed it a couple of times in the show that he has heightened senses no normal person would have. As of yet, we know nothing about his family or background. It could also explain his connection to Grogu. We know he isn't a true Mandalorian in the sense of the word, but he could also be a descendant of the Whills (the red robes). Or, just a normal guy 😅 a girl can dream LOL

  • @user-cu5we2fg3p

Mandalorian it’s not a race it’s a creed that’s why Grogu will be the next Jedi/Mandalorian like Tare vizla put more powerful

  • @jmgerraughty

I think this point of Sabine not being very force sensitive has the potential to be good, because most of SW has been stories of only-the-most-powerful, only-the-greatest force users. I'd personally like to see Sabine find her own way to overcome Hati/Skoll, and show us that you can be a hero in this universe without having special parents, or the highest power level.

  • @huathai8204

Why the fans reject Star Woke and Woke Disney co.😅

  • @20th_century_specter

I really don't like the constant reconning that Disney is doing to Star Wars; they don't respect the source material, and it's why so many fans have walked away.

  • @joshkarren2698

It is possible that mandalorians cannot use the force because they close the mind and build their skills in other areas. We learn this from KOTOR2 for Kreia and on Telos IV.

  • @darthstoned

Have you forgotten that the Original Mandalorians where not human, but of another species.

  • @dantherpghero2885

I can see Sabine developing an ability to sense opponents and anticipate their actions, But I don't think she'll shoot force lightning or do telekinesis. The cup will always win.

  • @ChristianThePagan

If narrow-minded dogma made you blind to the force most of the Jedi order should have been blind to the force.

  • @mr.boomguy

Personally, I would be fine with Sabine never being force sensitive at all, just with years of training and discipline, she can gain traits that resemble that of a force sensitive

Yoda had this situation pegged in Empire:

Interesting ideas here. Thinking back to IV, it was Obi-Wan saying to Luke "Reach out with your feelings" that awakened Luke. Similarly, in Kotor II, you can train your companions as Jedi but only if you help them let go of their burdens and open their minds.

Such a great catch to emphasize the point of artistic influence and how Sabine is an artist with a free spirit. Great video, all agreed.

  • @hpgildwel

    It comes down to this:

  • @joesalyers

It did show in the Jedi in the prequels when Windu says to Yoda that they need to inform the Senate that their ability to use the force has diminished. Their ability to sense the danger within Palpatine was so diminished that Palpatine could walk around the Jedi Temple and NOT 1 Jedi could feel he was a Sith!!

  • @tamarkad5874

I really love that Sabine finally allowed herself to open to the Force. I think she may find that she does better in highly emotional settings, whether they be during battle or just when shes feeling anxious. Ahsoka will be able, over time, to help her gain some control over her sensitivity. I dont think she will ever have the control of someone like Luke.

  • @danielhaire6677

I think it's not the Force that rejects the Mandalorians, but the Jedi. Between the lack of detachments espoused in the Jedi Code created by Odan Urr, and the history of conflicts between the two groups, I think the majority of Jedi don't think much of Mando'ade and refuse to train them properly, if at all.

Not sure I agree on this take. For one, Mandalorians are a culture- not a species. So that final point doesn't really fit well. The only reason all the mandalorians we see are human is budget and, well, humans.

  • @connorputnam

So what you're saying is that since the force flows through ALL living things, only a select few can ever be taught its ways, much less fully aware of its connection to themselves and being fully open of the concept of the force itself or even having an aptitude for the force in general. This is why not everyone in Star Wars can exactly use the force, right? Cause for one to connect with the force, they have to be aware of its existence and properties that come from both light and dark, ashla and bugan, in order to utilize its abilities. Ever since I was introduced to the topic of how kanan was training sabine on how to connect with the force and the darksaber despite being non force sensitive, it's been making me wonder why that was the case for a long time. But I'm glad I now understand how the force can really manifest in the people of Star Wars, not just through aptitude alone but through mindsets and overall awareness of the force itself. And I have you to thank for that.

  • @ryangreskoviak4889

Personally, I think Sabine and Din Jarin are like Obi Wan Kenobi. None of them have the greatest force potential or connection to the force. But through hard work training and discipline, they can easily become great. Obi-Wan became one of the greatest Masters of the Jedi order through hard work and experience. Both of them can be too, but like Asoka said in episode three not every one can handle the commitment.
