You need to start ALL videos with the kitchen and living spaces. It's confusing to start with bedrooms. That's not the natural path one makes when entering a home. Not worth 3 mil.
3 million dollars can buy a detached Why would you buy a Townhouse, for that much money. Just my opinion I would never spend more than 500 or 700 grand or neighborhoods. Or even closer than
Hey Jeff I appreciate the feedback! The buyers for these types of homes are looking for low maintenance modern living - with strip views. Detached homes in this price point wouldn’t get you that in this particular community. A lot of these townhomes are second homes or vacation homes🙌
