Seldom do I see a home that checks all the boxes for me. Though I would stil make a few changes like a rooftop deck and a bigger kitchen with windows, this is absolutely gorgeous🤩. Modern and luxurious without being ostentatious with wasted spaces.
Luxury homes are moving away from the 10+ bedrooms (that are small in size) format since they don't get used. Having 3 bedrooms, a workout room and office is perfect in my opinion!

a house like that would be perfect for me except for the steps onto the sky loft, i am in a wheel chair. and i would need 7-bedrooms and an elevator. i am in the thinking process of changing states because of the politics.

Christopher Homes allows the option for an elevator. You could also build a small ramp to the sky loft. Are you from California?
