There are quite a few design flaws. For me, only high ceiling single story luxury build with really great flow are worth it. Lots of jagged edges and wasted spaces here. The entrance frontage is just not impressive. No wow factor. Reminiscent of a doctor’s office building….🤭

Wait! Someone purchased this home for 8.5, only a few months ago. Now they're selling for an additional million? And.... they took all the furniture!😂 There should be a law against this 😮

This is an interesting area of Las Vegas. Howard Hughes built a mansion in this area. Brandon Flowers bought and rehabilitated the house. The late Jerry Lewis owned and lived in the area. Some upper tier mob bosses owned here. The other area which is special and has been rediscovered is Paradise Palms. 15 years ago, it was a slum. Now, it's been gentrified. The Boulevard Mall was once the hip place to be. This reno is well done. I trust at one time the fireplace had a brick surround. Just wish some original elements were kept. Other than that, well done in a great area.

I like all the white, especially that porcelain floor.

A lot of money for the HOA. Plus a house of this caliber shouldn’t have exposed wires behind the fireplace and wire racks.

$1.4 mil for a 2,820 sqft house in Vegas?! That even higher than CA. I bet you that 99.5% of the people in Vegas will never be able to afford that. It's a nice house but that price is crazy.

Hey Alan, with your years of experience, lets say i buy one of these houses that belongs to builders, will they allow me (generally speaking) to change toilets, faucets, install heated driveways, heated floors on bathroom, install generators and solar panels etc etc. Or you buy the house and can't change anything

Oh neato keeno. Ikea provided all the furniture. I wonder if they did the over the kitchen lighting?

Very tasteful remodel, simple. The only bugaboo, are the wall mounted faucets. I can see expensive plumbing issues, esp with our hard concrete water.

don't like interior color. Sterile and no warmth.
