I usually like BH designs but I'm not a big fan of this particular layout.

Your sound effect for your overdubbing, your microphone, I’m not sure what exactly is going on here, but it is absolutely horrible. How did you get to the point to where you’re going to do all of this but then make this audio your final choice? Clean it up. There is zero reason why your audio should be so horrible. It’s overly loud and garbled and breaking up. You need to get an editing program and study it and learn how to use it to make your videos more listenable. They are definitely watchable, but not listenable. Slow your cadence down. You have an accent and your garbling some of the English words together to where it makes it hard to understand what you’re saying. I wish you the best, but to have gotten to this point where you are and then produced this level of product??? It’s a lower quality product than what you should’ve been produced.

The proportions are all off, the length of the rooms in ratio to the ceiling heights create liminal spaces that are melancholy inducing. I noticed it with their "oculus" home, it's a departure from the design philosophy of their earlier builds. Blue Heron is a phenomenal builder but they're better than this, terrible feng shui...

Here’s another example of an over priced Blue heron home. It’s like the only houses they know how to build are office buildings converted to homes. They use an abundance of cheap cabinets and materials yet call them premium. The house you see in this video has zero curb appeal just like most of their offerings. Here’s another example of the cost cutting measures they fool you with. They used a Honeywell thermostat when in a house of this price point should be equipped with Crestron control. If I were to build a custom mansion in Vegas, SunWest custom homes would be who I approach first.

Do you miss the 8 foot ceiling heights of a 1960s tract home? Did you ever wish that you had to climb a tight metal spiral staircase in the middle of your master bathroom to get to your primary retreat? Have you ever walked into an 8000 sqft house's kitchen, saw the expansive entertainment space but thought "damn, 8 burners is just too overkill to entertain my massive parties, let's do 6 burner to save money?" Have you ever wished that your private home theater was actually a through space instead of it's own separate room? If the answer is yes, then Drift is the house for you, for the the very low price of $10M.

Worst layout I have ever seen from Blue Heron. The only good feature is the 7 car garage but the entry is terrible with a water return line sticking out of the wall is absolutely terrible. They really missed it big on this one.

Beautiful house. I`m too poor to understand how that theater works, but it looks gorgeous. Do they clean or change stuff to sell this house as "new" ? Because with the amount of people visiting it might get dirty, damaged and accumulate wear and tear. Good job as always

Everytime I see your stuff, house itself is breath taking, but no trees around. Kind of weird.

It's amazing where they built that house and the way it all looks there the views are great but I know you're showing the homes and all the features of the house when you are looking at the video the house is far away from stories and grocery stores just the basics things that you might need in a quick way that would be nice to add too see what you have around there it's great to hear about the gated too inter

Sir..maybe you need to upgrade to an android phone with a much more superior camera

Again, RA hits it out of the ball park. I prefer their one floor plan. The only bugaboo is the straight shot stairway. This one lives like a one floor. BTW, do you get paid more if I watch the ads all the way through? If so, I'll watch them all the way through. You don't know any good backyard designers who can critique my plan?

Beautiful home but I am a bit curious about the terrain. Looks like it’s prone to land slides. I’d have a third party independent geologic survey before buying anything in a landscape like this

Yeah most of Alan’s tours I could see myself in the home. With this - it feels so basic and overpriced. I’m glad Alan has a variety of homes he gives tour of, but this one feels so meh…

Wonderful house. It needs some updating and some cosmetics. Trying to make bathrooms like the same kind of weird and I would update the kitchen a little bit with better appliances and get rid of that red room.

Why would you put a French door up when you already got a front door that leads to the court yard? To me that's just security risks for break-ins.

For those of you that don't know what HOA is, it's "Home Owner Association" fee, means if you buy a home there you have to obey their rules or else move out! It's more alike a communism community which isn't good. It's insane with no freedom at all. Best thing to do is avoid HOA if you care about your freedom and not sharing your property with strangers.

Wow, $225.00 HOA a month to have a communist boss or a Karen telling you what to do with your own property? Yikes! Other than that, nice homes unfortunately I don't like HOA's, I think it's like having someone else owning my property, I don't go for that. If they want to tell me what to do with my own property then maybe they should be the one to pay me $225.00? lol
