Nice to see a rehab which eschews - gesundheit - the once ubiquitous Vegas grey. Nice touch on the fireplace. My plan is Venetian plaster instead of tiling, for example. If the tile goes out if style, it's cheaper to replaster than to remove tile.
Both are great communities. Summerlin is higher in elevation compared to Southern Highlands and a much larger community. You also have more options for new homes in Summerlin and more amenities nearby.
