Hey Alan, with your years of experience, lets say i buy one of these houses that belongs to builders, will they allow me (generally speaking) to change toilets, faucets, install heated driveways, heated floors on bathroom, install generators and solar panels etc etc. Or you buy the house and can't change anything
You can change those things. I've seen a lot of home owners do it right here on RUclips. When buying their home they either use the builders upgrade products or after they close on their house they will change it themselves.
@SauloMogi Most builders allow you to select different options in your home as you mentioned. Heated driveways and heated floors in the bathroom are not options through the builder. Some builders do offer solar panels but you can install solar after purchasing your home.
