Hi Rowan! The total monthly HOA for this home is $390/Mo. MacDonald Highlands is $330/Month and there is a sub association that charges $60/Month since it has an additional gate. The country club membership is separate.
So, you're on a date and you say to the chick "Hey, I forgot my wallet!!!" and you pull up to THIS. She sees THIS and she's asks, "So what exactly do you do for a living???" The look of disgust on her face would be epic when I say to her, "I'm actually broke... and unemployed". She would likely believe that because she's seen and been with so many posers and losers and you're just another one in a long line of many. Fast forward to the drive through at McDonald's and at the pay window you turn to her and say, "Hey, would you mind covering this, I'm kind'a short today". Oh, the look on her face!!! She just turns the other way shaking her head, biting her lip, wanting to cry. As you sheepishly approach the pick-up window, she then demands to be taken home, her voice quivering as she loses her composure, so you comply. As she exits the vehicle, she doesn't say anything as she "firmly" shuts the door and turns to walk away, not even looking at you. OOOF!!! WTF just happened and why should I even care?!?!? In the center console is a stack of Benjamins 3" thick and she just failed... THE TEST!!! Someday Danny, I am going to contact you and ask that you find me a house similar to this one. I will be a cash buyer. By then, Las Vegas will be in dire straits as the water crisis worsens due to the atmospheric rivers moving too far north to sufficiently supply the water systems and the Sierra Nevada's. Lakes Powell and Mead will be beyond redemption as the bathtub ring drops another 50'. Hoover is in crisis as not enough water is in the pool to turn the turbines (Deadpool). Brown outs and blackouts become more frequent and then...common. Sellers desperate to unload are crawling over each other, fighting to get their house listed in a market with no buyers. Massive unemployment ensues as one casino after another falls into bankruptcy and closes. It won't just be blood in the streets, it'll be hamburger in the streets. The only winners will be the stray dogs and cats.
