I love this home!!! It has many wonderful little touches with room for features you could add in later like a "Morning Bar" in the bedrooms or fireplaces in the bedrooms for a cozier feel and the views are SPECTACULAR!!
@@dannydhas Yes, I do! I like their minimalist design language! They're about the view and letting the outside in through many different methods. The shower is incredible....the only thing I would do is put a 6-8 inch Frosted band along the bottom of the glass for extra privacy and sheer curtains for the main bathroom window 👍🏻
Beautiful Home. But kitchen comes up short. It at least needs a butler’s kitchen if you are not going to to have a hood vent with a gas range with high BTU’S. I’m taking it has a downdraft. But that’s not strong enough to get rid of what ever you are cooking is going to linger in the air and into your furniture. Range is out of reach and not enough counter space. For such a well thought out floor plan they missed on the heart beat of the home. The Kitchen.

Again :( no Privacy! Your neighbor is right there with no side access and no bathroom with direct exit for the future pool ! Looks like an expensive track home cookie cutter neighborhood with nice finishing touches so sad to see the developer money hungry !
