I’ve literally toured Mesa ridge strip views, ironwood strip views, Christopher VU strip views, blue heron obsidian strip views. Summerlin strip views are CLOSER than Mac Highlands. Objective. Namaste
@@thethomasgrouplv Yes, custom lots. I know some of these communities only post a few lots even though they have more. I see some on Zillow, but only like 15 or so, very few under 2m. i don't mind the price so much, just need more options. Just wondering if that was the case for MacDonald Highlands
@@thethomasgrouplv I'm just generally curious about Las Vegas and Miami but won't consider moving there until after I can sell the Vegas Pay domain. I think I might look for a lot to build in Mt. Charleston. I'm learning options.

summerlin is closer to the strip, the views are much more pronounced and "in your face" from the backyards than MH.
