Thank you for watching! Every home varies in regards to how many bedrooms it offers depending on the layout and of course size. There are multi-million dollar 5,000+ sq. ft. homes with only 3 bedrooms and lot of open living space, while some 2,100 sq. ft. homes offer 5 bedrooms. So there is a wide variety of options.
@@karenwinkler3069 I don't think a crash, but I DO expect home prices AND mortgage interest rates (more important to me) to be down big-time in 2-3 years the latest. As for this video, I didn't watch it as I already knew MacDonald Highlands area is for millionaires and above (!) only -- not for riff-raff like myself -- or MOST of us who would never be affording homes this pricey...so I didn't see any point in watching it. If I wanted to move to Henderson area, Summerlin would be more affordable AND more varied in its offerings/price-ranges. MacDonald is way too "exclusive" (and I'd suspect social/elitist snobby) for most of us. However, I suppose people who are coming from EVEN MORE overpriced/expensive CA (and NY) -- who sold their homes THERE for 5-10-12 million (MANY homes are priced like that in CA) and now have millions to spend on their next (now) home in NV, this video IS worth watching and MacDonald would be more their "style" than "plebeian" (in comparison) Summerlin. I'd given Mark her and "A" for his work &effort making this video, but IMO very FEW people here on RUclips can relate to anything in this video AT ALL. Those "rich people" who COULD relate likely aren't much into watching RUclips anyway. ;-) -- BR

Very good tour of McDonald Highlands. Looks like a very good place to live.
Thank you for watching, Franklin! It's a fantastic community.
In this price point there should be at least 5 bedrooms just in case you have a huge family there will be room for everyone

Thank you!
Over priced
If and when interest rates drop as expected later this year/early next year, home prices will likely climb.
@@movingtolasvegasnevada We'll have to wait and see but I think we're going into another crash
