Career AV guy here. Highly unlikely you need to run it at 100% brightness. Maybe tone it down to about 80% and it will be easier on the eye and extend the lifetime of the LED's.

Boxo is solid. My son is going to school to be an aircraft mechanic and we used Cleetus's Boxo code in 2022 to build out his box with Boxo tools and havnt had a single tool break yet.

Playing the freedom factory release video and seeing its condition vs where it is now is so cool! You never realize how much progress is made until you take a step back
Doing the colab with Boxo there needs to be a Cleet & Squirrel, Jack Stand Jimmy, Zack and Tye box. C&S can be more of a general box, Jack Stand could be set up as a pit Box. Tye's set up for fabrication and maintenance tools for the cutting heads and welding tools, last but not the least a Zack box that deals with wiring with all the pliers, Cutters and Crimper tools. That would be nice to see.
As someone who grew up right here in south FL, that spent a lot of time at Desoto Speedway when I was younger, I get a little choked up every time I see the OG FF video. I still cant believe Cleet managed to save one of my favorite places to go when I was a kid, and I take get to take my own little one to the Freedom Factory for as many events as I can.
Love seeing how you keep stepping up the game day by day! whether its the cars, the shops, your house, the freedom factory or the merch truck, its just amazing to see how you do your best to make everything better, not only for yourself but also for your employees, whenever you get the operatunity. Use a blue light reducer for the screen like f.lux so that it doesn't blind the drivers on track. A hospital on the highway near me installed a similar screen for ads and holy cow at night it was blinding for a couple weeks before they used a blue light filter. It'll still be clear as all get out, it just won't be distracting.
Growing up in MI there was a drive in theater behind our farm, when I found out my older brothers would sneak peaks at R movies from the top of a berm at the edge of our property I begged them to let me come. They snuck me out one night and Smokey and the Bandit was showing, it was my first drive in experience.

before you go and replace those "defective" panels, go through the settings again and just make sure, or check the connections on the back. I work at a sign shop that we do displays like this and going down the road the connections can come loose a little and it will make the panels do that. just check that first.. it never fails it works fine at the shop, and then when we deliver it to the location and plug it in there is always something that the digital guys have to do wither with connections or in the settings and just "reset" it and then it works fine.
I also know from you showing us boxo tools I wonder if they could out fit a service body were all the tools fit in foam. Iv had all the tools from matco snap on mac. I like tools in kits. I don't leave a job until my set is back complete. Like I started. Definitely been watchin boxo for a while and really like the spot for everything is my point 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

The Freedom Factory needs to make a Cleetus museum with the Corvette and the Camino and sell the merch at once so that when we are traveling we can take our children and buy their things. There is potential for that. That must be a hit.
