    I used to train in Germany and I realize we train had the eastern Europe style of training. The Americans for example train a little bit different. Thanks for your videos

      Thank you for the coment. Yes, Germany has very similar or exact training like all the Eastern European countries.
      I think the Americans train slightly different as they focus more on Folkstyle Wrestling than Greco or Freestyle.
