Thanks"
What brand of wall bars are those? And where can I buy them?
Sick 👍🤙
Saw these at two old gyms, people were hanging sweaty clothes on them.. thought that's what they were for hahah thanks for enlightening us
Very interesting exercise. Gymnastics?
good song
To get to the first rep one can use an attached board. After making a progress, the board is attached to a higher and higher horizontal bar, thereby smoothly changing the plane of the exercise from horizontal to vertical: ruclips.net/video/llxfGjxgHZU/видео.html
Interesting... but I'm not convinced of buying/using one.
I'm here
I’m pretty fit dude work out every day I can’t a single one
Straight your legs
Dragon flag?
Please use someone who has enough abs / core strength to actually do these exercises properly (eg straight legs, hollow hold, pointed toes, correct form). Probably most calisthenics athletes, or any gymnast can demo them. Hell, Im 62 and can do them correctly after less than a year of ab work so it cant be that hard. A model that looks good but cant do the work is not a great advertisement for your brand. In addition to these, there are mobility exercises and holds that gymnasts, ballet, yoga people commonly do.
