Super thanks Chris, your vIdeo motivated me to install wall bars in my living room. I use them between online work meetings to stretch. I also no longer get chilled by sitting still for long periods as I can just get up and hang or do mini pull-ups. A great investment that doesn’t need a power supply!
I used this kind of wall a lot at the end of my Peking go stretch back in my country. Without it I never felt the same amount of stretch/ pain relief with just regular stretches. I hope I can get one of those at home soon. Thank you for these very great tips. IKEA stool is a great idea.
So happy to find this video. I've been using wall bars for a few years now. I built my own and have been able to upgrade and incorporate other equipment as my fitness improved. Nice video, Chris.:)
@@ChrisBranch You are so welcome. I'm a big fan of wall bars. I just made a couple of videos about them. They sure helped us stay in shape through the pandemic. :)
Thanks for this video. I am working on building one for myself. Now that I’m no longer young, I can feel my body needing strength and flexibility training.
Very interesting the "grip" factor regarded to stretching (relaxing). Never thought about that ! Thank U ! What I think it would be very nice for you to do is a Follow Along video, say 10 minutes, doing a flow of exercises (stretches) on your Stall Bar. It could be the ones you explained but you'd do both sides. Hope you do that video. There's quite a few of them out there ! Very few people have SBs at home ! Thanks again !
Hi Jose, thank you for the comment, I'll add that to the list for sure! I've got a few follow-along videos, but none with the bars. I imagine I'll get this done early in the new year 😊 🙏
@@ChrisBranch Great ! I'll check later then. Meanwhile I'm seeing your other videos here too. They're very nice as well. Saw your Minimalistic Gym @ Home with Kettlebells and, we have a lot in common ! I also train a lot with KBs ! Have a collection of them though ! As for paralletes I plan to buy a pair later. Talking from Brazil here. You from UK , as I deduced from your accent and later on RUclips. Best wishes anyway ! BTW the squat video very nice too. Another suggestion a follow along routine to improve your Squat daily....
@@joseadrianobaltieri4773 haha thanks Jose! Happy new year, I hope you're having a great start to the year. I'll bump it up the list and I might be able to film this Friday ☺️🙏
@@ChrisBranch Happy new year 4 U 2 ! Kind of lazy 😞here but I'll get there ! Congrats on your new look (bearded). It seems more professional. Outdoor footage is also very nice. Stall Bar vids I use to see here : ruclips.net/video/23FPP08ecFA/видео.html (this one is a true follow along stretching , as intended) ruclips.net/video/cFI-3kYS5_o/видео.html (this one is very nice but it's a mix of strength and stretch exercises - it's not follow along either but has lots of ideas) I'll check again on Friday the new vid. See ya !
Such a great Video, I hope more people start to realise that lifting weights is mostly unnecessary . Real health and fitness is felt when you achieved a Great Balance between your Red & White muscle tissues. Too much red is expensive, unhealthy , unnecessary.
Weight lifting is very important for the general health of males. Even exceptionally athletic and healthy males such as swimmers and marathon runners show notable improvement to bone, muscle, hormonal, and cardiovascular health with the addition of weight lifting with a focus on progressive overload.
Hmmm not sure, everyone I know that has kids seems to have one! They're good for getting the kids up to help with the cooking etc, plus I do a load of exercises with them. They're a handy tool!

At the end of my workout, not Peking... lol cell phones auto correct
🤣 I did wonder what a 'Peking go' was 🤦♂️
They're great aren't they? I hope you get access to some soon ☺️

What good wall bars do you recommend?
I got these off some random gymnastics website, but I'm going to get some Nohrd's home 👍
What brand is yours?
Honestly can't remember now 🤦♂️
I'm looking to get one at home and I'm probably going to go with NOHrD 👍

What stool is it from IKEA?

I think the stool is called "Bajsa" in IKEA.
