I had no confidence that I would get through the whole 40 minutes but thank God I did. I'm so proud!
This workout is not for the weak hearted. Extremely challenging physically and mentally. Definitely be cautious doing it. Other than that it is a great advanced endurance workout 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

This is not a beginner workout that's for sure... You can adjust to suit your own fitness level by decreasing the work to rest ratio and the amount of rounds that you do.

My word! I've been doing your workouts for around 2 months now and I love them! This was the hardest one yet, and I most definitely had to lengthen like 20% of the breaks lol! Will keep coming back until I can do the entire thing without extra rest. Loved this 44 minutes!

I absolutely love this one also! Grab a towel and some music at 140 beats per minute to keep you 'jumping/dancing'. Don't forget to stretch. Would love to know your stretches afterwards Pheonix Nation. Give us some more amazing skipping routines!!! Love them.

Thank you SO much for this video, you guys! I have been looking for 45 min endurance cardio follow-along videos for a LONG time but there really isn't a whole lot out there. RUclips is already rife with short HIIT workouts but for your body to actually tap into its fat resources, it only does so after 25 - 30 mins. What I realized is that whenever I did short HIIT workouts, sure, I got the workout done but I wasn't actually seeing results because more often than not, I was just tiring myself out. This video is amazing! Could you guys make more such endurance training videos, Winter? Thanks so much!

I just did this with water held in my mouth to force myself to only breath through my nose. Also I alternated backwards and forwards between sets. Thanks for the tough workout.

Last 5 month this channel is my best Jump rope buddy
I started with 40s jump 15s rest app totally 33min, after i switched it 30s jump 10s rest which is totally around 31min.
Till now only regular bounce and didnt tried other type of skips
I calculated my skips, each 8 Second 20skip totally 100in 40second if i skip normal speed and if not any fail
By the way i changed my rope with heavier one 1/2Lb (220gr except handles) and this make the workout more challenged for me.
Tomorrow morning will try this workout 60sn, i hope i will done ✔️ :)

After one week of not working out because of my finals to prepare, I started back yesterday... i thought i was going to die because I was so out of shape ahahah but since i felt like I REALLY worked out till my calves were on fire, I decided to do it again today and it was better than yesterday but still tough. Anyway i'll keep going till it gets better. Good Job The Phoenix!!!!

That was a great workout! Thanks for sharing! I’m having some lateral foot pain. I’ve been doing a lot of stretching and it’s somewhat helping. Do you recommend any shoes in particular or any tips for preventing foot pain with jumping? Thanks again!
Hi what are your shoes like? And does this only happen when you are jumping? As I am not a medical practitioner you would need to get their advice if the pain is still there when you have rested. Hope this helps
This is GREAT to increase endurance. Have to start with 15 sec rests first few intervals, then 20 sec, then 30 sec. Some day, though...
That's okay these workouts are just a guide for you to follow. Change the skills and rest periods as you need to
