☝ As for suggestions, could you do jaw/ tongue/ neck/ or maybe head exercises to fix snoring and sleep apnea? I didn't find anything in the playlist. 🙏
Also, is there a chance to have a playlist on head position, like having your head going forward? Many thanks, what you do is precious!
Just found this video and I've had the problem for 50 years - luckily no pain but loud click. Looking forward to try this, thanks!

I have a dislocating jaw. When I open my jaw the right side pops out and then the left side pops out. It clicks and clunks all the time. If I do these exercises should I try to do it within the ‘normal’ range of motion and try to avoid allowing it to dislocate? The problem is that it pops out without any effort at all. I wear a bite guard at night to prevent clenching but still get jaw pain and clicking regularly.

I'm 19 and have had this popping every time I open and close my mouth for easily 5-10 years (without pain). I did these exercises ONCE last night, immediately noticed an improvement. Now, the next morning, it almost doesn't pop anymore. I reckon doing these daily for a month could make it go away forever. Can't appreciate this enough.

My husband is 37 and has the same issue. Not sure if the exercise will help, but if it's anything like me with my sinus massage, he'll remember the important stuff and may eventually pick up a habit if it makes him feel comfortable.
Sometimes things hurt so much, but are so unavoidable, your brain blocks the pain out. Hubby insists his doesn't hurt, though, and I'm not gonna argue that. Tired muscles aren't necessarily painful, either.

I had some mild popping on my right side of my jaw in highschool. After I got my wisdom teeth out it just got so much worse and has never been the same since.. The mild click turned into pain, huge cracks, lock jaw, and constant misaligned jaw. And ear problems on the right side. And just like you described with the “pop out” that’s exactly what happens on my right side!
It just pops out every time I open my mouth. And sometimes it gets even more off track than usual and it’s also the impossible to eat.

This is what happens to me as well. I struggle with anxiety and depression and when im struggling I notice my entire head and face just feels stiff and hurts. I clench my teeth so bad at night that I cant chew without my jaw hurting and also fighting the movement. It will resist the movement like the muscles are so tight they can’t work.
But it sucks because feeling like crap when you are already feeling mentally like crap just makes it worse.

Simply amazing. I did this on 2 consecutive days and this fixed jaw clicking that I've been dealing with 15 years. The first 5 exercises helped, but the resistance open, pen, and bulldog started the jaw clicking again, so I just skipped those the 2nd time. I also added the Lateral Pterygoid Release from your other video ruclips.net/video/Ppk7KmhGm-E/видео.html. I literally did this twice like 5 days ago and my jaw clicking has been like 98% better since. If I open super wide at a weird angle I feel the click, but I really have to try hard. You've brought my life incredible relief. Thank you!
