My first thought when this video started was 'I don't hold my head forward' but then I tried the back-to-the-wall exercise. It seems I do. I held it for a minute and it felt great. I felt aligned and my jaw softened quite a bit. And I'm a lifelong jaw-clencher. Will integrate these moves into my routine.

    Bruxism exercises
1 - stand against a wall and keep back of head pressed on the wall, while keeping head horizontal to ground.
2 - place fists against bottom of chin, and tilt head downwards, resisting the head with the fists.
3 - place fists against bottom of chin, head level, and use fists to resist jaw opening.
Do the exercises for about one minute each. For exercises two and three, do the movements slowly, feeling the muscles work.

People dont realise that posture, tongue posture and breathing are the most important things in life.
Literally, nowadys everyon is so stressed and anxious. This is due to posture in many many occasions. Closed chest (less confidence), pushing diaphragm (not expanding) leading to hyperventilation (no oxgen in brain) that causes headaches and dizineess. FWD neck posture that make your jaw tight and then temples get reeally tight contirbuting to tension headaches and disorientation due to tension. Facial structure and crooked teeth start appearing.
It took me 7 years, reading, watching videos etc to see everything being related. Most of today's anxiety and depression can be avoided by paying attention to the above.

At one stage of working on your programmes for my posture I suddenly had problems with my teeth no longer aligning - my lower teeth were pressing into my upper teeth instead of sitting behind and it was getting very uncomfortable. My dentist gave me a great exercise to do with the tongue and jaw and everything dropped back into place. You arch your tongue back to touch the soft palate - that stage alone took a bit of practice! - and then lower your bottom jaw whilst keeping your tongue in place. It’s a great stretch. I’m looking forward to incorporating your new jaw element into my hunchback routine. Thanks for all your great work 😊

An oral surgeon just told me that an otc mouth guard actually makes grinding and clenching worse, and I can't afford the one from the dentist, so I've been trying to make a more conscious effort to not clench throughout the day. But I still struggle with it, and I guess it's cause I've trained the muscles in my jaw and neck to do the opposite of what I want. Thanks for this man.

When I do the fists-under-jaw head tilt I get a cramping work sensation (ache but not really pain) in my neck maybe 1.5 inches below my occipetal ridge.
(Note, when I do something like "bleed brakes" in which I have to hold my head up, supine, I get a strain in my neck. It makes me short-tempered and not-happy. I noticed the same thing in a Nautilus machine, doing neck work. The emotional irritation vanishes immediately when I stop working those muscles.)

I'm 76 and have noticed over the last few years that my lower jaw sometimes trembles. Now, when I do this exercise where I have to push down on my fists with my lower jaw, my jaw shakes and trembles very badly. Please show some exercises for this. Thank you.

Please l really love your videos and audio 👍 I struggle with my voice overs and I thought using a microphone like yours will help a little bit! Could you drop a link where to purchase the microphone you used? Thank you for all that you do😍👍❤️

If you're doing voiceovers you should just get a USB microphone that plugs into your computer. Audio quality will be better than the wireless setup I use. It will also probably be cheaper than getting a wireless mic setup (probably around $60-$120 vs. $200-$250).
