Glad you like it, the Renault Sport one is made by Sabelt and is 350mm I believe. Similar to the one I use. I went for the 6 button set up with a raised badge in the centre because the horn button kept popping out in the winter 😂
Stacy Mitchell me too! Ah okay, only 30mm off the original wheel isn’t it? Wouldn’t think that would make much difference! I’m going for the same Stacy 💪🏻 oh right ahah
man I have a momo 320mm in my EF9(ED6) and I like it! but I wonder if I should have changed from my sparco 350mm deep dish. Id probably go back to the deep dish sparco but I since installed a quick release kit and, it be so close to my hands that Id never be able to reach the turn signals.
The driving position is offset towards the wheel, noticed that on my 1.6 initiale daily when I had it for about a year. Gave me a really weird feeling for a minute. But most smaller cars are offset towards the steering wheel.
Why was the airbag light still on, did the resister trick not work? It still looks like your vision of the dials is obscured. I think I'll go for the 330mm one. Thanks for the video with all the angles.
css172 that was the passenger seat “airbag off” light as I had my son in the passenger seat the day before and forgot to turn it off with the key! A lot of people say 330mm is perfect. 300mm is good and 350mm is not really worth the change 😂 the view is obscured but I can see everything up till about 80 easy and most of the revs. but that doesn’t bother me just need to see all the speed limits up to 70 😂
When you're going through the woods at 5 mins something, have you noticed the reflection from your sunglasses onto the windscreen? It looks like fire. :o
I like the thought of a small wheel, but no air bag and not being able to see your speed on normal driving is a no from me! I love my refurbished wheel anyway. But hay each to their own ... nice vid m8
Xtiminator yeah that’s why I never bought one! But will have to go down a slightly different route to make sure I’m safe 👍🏻 I can see up to 80 so that’s fine with me. I couldn’t see it, then that would bother me. I loved mine too. Just is a big wheel!
Sorry for the late reply! I love the suede but I’d get it dirty and that would bug me. I love it. A lot say 330mm wheel is the best but I got given this 300mm. It’s a good change!
@@jwmeale3058 no problem, I’ve recently bought this one and sold the targa, but trust me there’s nothing in the size. Its only a tiny bit smaller than 330mm
Very nice video mate ! I think the steering wheel is tiny but looks cool anyways. It might be easier for you to control the car better after intalling a smaller size steering wheel. But i would not like to install it because you would need to have an airbag which would be much safer. Im not sure if this steering wheel has airbag. Is an airbag included in it?
You can fit a Ph1 stalk mate, has the horn button on the end. It’s plug n play
Russ Hopkins never thought of that one! I’ve sorted the horn problem. That would of been a good option 😅
Ph1 stalk is the way to go especially as you've binned the front fogs anyway.
Simon Henson cheers Simon. But I already gone with the panel to sort to horn bit. Didn’t think of that 😅
@@jwmeale3058 panel is cool tbf, ph1 stalk is cheap and easy though 👍

Yeah i can see that being an issue, but going to be the same with most deep dish, especially with the quick release boss too!

DataC0llect0r ah I see! I’ve never really noticed till the smaller wheel!
Nice performance and beutiful drive car
Horacio Perez Navarro Love a good drive out through the woods! Thank you 🙏🏻

Need some jet ski videos
Out of place question here.
Has anyone installed an exhaust, blowoff or Dow pipe system on their Clio.
I’ve got a ph2 2003.
Appreciated .
Does it feel good? I have the targa atm but the suede has had its day. These little trecento seen well priced too

Are You still running the car on the v maxx coilover kit ?
dave ward yeah I’m still on them Dave 👍🏻
Anyone run below 300mm? The kart 3 bolt style ones with an adapter?
I haven’t heard of anyone running less. I don’t think you’d want to run less than 300mm tbh!
I guess thats why Renault made the wheel so big, so u could see past 70mph....lol
Xtiminator yes maybe 😂 it is a small wheel, it doesn’t bother me though. legally I don’t need to past 70 😉😂
oh c'mon that's too small! :))
Raz Raz I want to be crude back but thought I better not 😂
