@@_reve12_17 In the morning, I do her de-bloat exercises before finally starting her 5-minute outer thigh workout. Then, in the afternoon, I repeat her outer thigh workout, and if my legs are still able to function normally, I add her knee fat burn routine. Gloria Song's leg and thigh routines make up roughly all of my leg and thigh workouts. I cut exercising every day because I believe it works best for me that way, and I'm also a bit lazy or have no motivation at times, so I think I should cut that as well hehe. Truly, remember not to be too harsh on yourself. Take your time. 🌱
Oh, almost forgot, what you eat plays a significant role in all of this. Not to recommend you should refuse to eat, but you should monitor what you consume.

I'm currently combining a few of your abs workouts because I feel like since I stopped doing really intense workouts everyday (which wasn't healthy for me), my love handles are showing off a little bit, but my abs are toned so I don't really like the way my waist looks like rn (and also because I'm a girl, my hormones are messing up with my body currently haha). Hi Gloria it’s been a few weeks to a month by now I stopped working out. I lost motivation and now I realized that the reason why I lost motivation was because I was overworking myself. Now I know that I don’t need to do countless workouts nonstop. I realize that I should be eating fruits and exercising for at least a hour a day and eat fruits and eat healthy thank u Gloria I will continue doing this workout hopefully I won’t lose my motivation again.
the same thing happened to me. I never realized it tho and some days when I didn’t work out or do my normal routine I felt so disappointed in myself but now I’m starting to get back Into working out and started from scratch. It’s been hard but I know my goal and the second time around I know what I should be doing. I hope you the best of luck with your journey!!

okay so I’ve been doing this for a little while already but I thought it would be good to share with you all, especially anyone looking to try this workout but not knowing if they should. I will say one thing: the burn on the first few days kILLS for days on end, but if you keep doing it, you’ll start to hurt less over time. I feel like for me it’s helped my waist and love handles shrink a bit so far, but I’m going to continue this workout and see if it changes more. day 1: 👍 day 2: 👍 day 3: 👍 day 4: 👍 day 5-7: I actually ended up breaking my finger after day 4 lmao so I had to take a break, I’m now continuing the workouts with a broken finger day 8: 👍 day 9: 👍 day 10-12: there’s a huge heatwave rn and I struggled with the heat quite a bit, so I had to take a health break so I didn’t hurt myself any more day 13: 👍 day 14: 👍 I have barely any upper body strength lol, but I’m getting much better at holding a high plank etc - it’s really empowering! day 15: 👍 day 16: 👍 day 17: 👍 day 18: 👍 day 19: 👍 day 20: 👍 day 21: 👍 day 22: 👍 day 23: 👍 day 24: 👍 day 25: 👍 I cannot explain how empowering it has been for me to be able to hold the high plank the whole time today, even into the next exercise! That’s true, however they can get an almost flat belly, if they have good genetics. If you don’t, then try getting a belly like this from the side: |) . This is possible for everyone. I will suggest some videos for you. Do not be too hard on yourself though.
I have a workout playlist for your goals because we share the same goals so I will make it public. These workouts have worked for me in the past. I did it for 2 weeks, but I recommend doing it for 3 weeks once every 2 days (for example you do it on Monday, skip Tuesday, then do it on Wednesday). Please do the stomach vacuums too. Please don't hate your body. Thickness of your waist has strongly to do with genetics. Fat burn helps as well and using the correct workouts that does not build thick muscles in the sides is crucial.

I'm currently combining a few of your abs workouts because I feel like since I stopped doing really intense workouts everyday (which wasn't healthy for me), my love handles are showing off a little bit, but my abs are toned so I don't really like the way my waist looks like rn (and also because I'm a girl, my hormones are messing up with my body currently haha). I can definitely feel the burn, and it feels good ! Thank you so much Gloria :)

Hi Gloria it’s been a few weeks to a month by now I stopped working out. I lost motivation and now I realized that the reason why I lost motivation was because I was overworking myself. Now I know that I don’t need to do countless workouts nonstop. I realize that I should be eating fruits and exercising for at least a hour a day and eat fruits and eat healthy thank u Gloria I will continue doing this workout hopefully I won’t lose my motivation again.
the same thing happened to me. I never realized it tho and some days when I didn’t work out or do my normal routine I felt so disappointed in myself but now I’m starting to get back Into working out and started from scratch. It’s been hard but I know my goal and the second time around I know what I should be doing. I hope you the best of luck with your journey!!

okay so I’ve been doing this for a little while already but I thought it would be good to share with you all, especially anyone looking to try this workout but not knowing if they should.
I will say one thing: the burn on the first few days kILLS for days on end, but if you keep doing it, you’ll start to hurt less over time. I feel like for me it’s helped my waist and love handles shrink a bit so far, but I’m going to continue this workout and see if it changes more.

Depends on your height, weight, and if possible, body muscle mass percentage, and body fat percentage.
That’s true, however they can get an almost flat belly, if they have good genetics. If you don’t, then try getting a belly like this from the side: |) . This is possible for everyone. I will suggest some videos for you. Do not be too hard on yourself though.
I have a workout playlist for your goals because we share the same goals so I will make it public. These workouts have worked for me in the past. I did it for 2 weeks, but I recommend doing it for 3 weeks once every 2 days (for example you do it on Monday, skip Tuesday, then do it on Wednesday). Please do the stomach vacuums too. I do 3 rounds of 30, but if that’s too hard, please start with something more simple. If you want to learn more about your goals/working out; watch these videos:

That’s probably workout bloat. Try doing stomach vacuums at the end of your workouts!
Crunches actually widens your waist, I recommend Shirlyn Kim’s workouts the Pilates one.

Please don't hate your body. Thickness of your waist has strongly to do with genetics. Fat burn helps as well and using the correct workouts that does not build thick muscles in the sides is crucial.
