I've only been doing this workout for 2-4 days going on five and already see SLIGHT progress. I know this may sound ridiculous but It's always important to stay constant too and to eat well.
Bloat isn’t always looks lol…I get bloated a LOT and sometimes I look like her, other times I look slightly puffier. It’s mainly about how comfortable you are. Bloat is a bunch of trapped gas so usually when you say you’re bloated it means your stomach is uncomfortable.
I'm a girl with autoimmune disease which make me feel tired so fast when I do this kind of exercises, but I didn't give up and here they are my abs and smaller waist guys!!!

it’s not rly a strict diet but i’ve just been eating healthier or eating smaller portions of junk foods. and i’ve been drinking more water throughout the day

@@cam2694 try to do it five days a week if not then, four if possible because you also need to give your muscles a break to heal from all the stretching so you can grow your muscles to be healthy and strong

I think my muscles popped? Smth happened. No physical change yet! 🔰Day 2 (2023-10-11): Completed! Again, felt something in my lower abdominal area. No physical change yet! 🔰Day 3 (2023-10-12): Completed! Same as yesterday. No physical change yet! 🔰Day 4 (2023-10-13): Completed! There's been this feeling in my lower abdominal area from yesterday. It's not exactly pain, kinda feels good. No physical change yet! 🔰Day 5 (2023-10-14): Completed! Felt the burn, sweat a lot today compared to other days, not sure why. I'm starting to see very slight abs, but not in my lower abdominal area. They're in the higher area. 🔰Day 6 (2023-10-15): Not completed! Missed a day! 🔰Day 7 (2023-10-16): Completed! Definitely felt more burn today since I skipped a day. I don't see a difference in my lower abs, just getting upper abs (kind of). 🔰Day 8 (2023-10-17): Completed! I'm definitely starting to see some difference. Lower abs aren't too defined, just barely noticeable. 🔰Day 9 (2023-10-18): Completed! Did it later in the day than I usually do. Same as day 8, I can see them there! They still aren't too defined, but more noticeable. 🔰Day 10 (2023-10-19): Completed! I've been noticing my upper abs starting to get even more defined. Lower abs are still not too defined. Even though this video targets the lower abdominal area, it affected my upper abdominal area. Going to do this for longer than 2 weeks actually. This workout really shows defined upper abs in approx. a week and 2 days. But of course, all bodies are different, so these are just my results! 🔰Day 11 (2023-10-20): Completed! Upper abs are really defined, lower abs aren't too defined. 🔰Day 12 (2023-10-21): Missed a day! 🔰Day 13 (2023-10-22): Completed! Second last day, it was definitely a fun and effective workout. Tomorrow is the last day, but I'm definitely going to continue it. It's definitely become part of my routine now. It makes my day so much better! 🔰Day 14 (2023-10-23): Completed! 2 weeks finished! Damn, 2 weeks done already! This was a very fun exercise. Not only that, but it was really effective as well. Although the video says that it's for lower abs, I've gotten really defined upper abs. In my lower abdominal area, you can kind of see some really slight abs, but they aren't as defined as my upper abs. For my upper abdominal area, I'm going to continue this exercise! I really like it, it's quick and effective. I'm gonna have to find another exercise for my lower abdominal area. I'd never thought I would actually get abs. This really works. I did this only once a day at afternoon and it took me 3 days to notice that huge difference between my before and after. But here's the thing, I did this once at night, and the difference I made for that 3 days showed after just doing once at night. So I only do this exercise at night. I don't know why, but it works better for me at that time of day.
Here's a friendly reminder though, please observe proper breathing. Many individuals I know, when they're doing ab workouts that seems challenging, they almost don't breathe until they finish a rep, which is wrong okay? Always observe your breathing. Another thing, don't rush the exercise, feel that burn!
I’ve been doing her workouts for about 2-3 weeks now and I can forsure say it works. I didn’t keep the best diet so it was a slower process. I had complements of my waist sliming down. My body is not toned but definitely skimmed down. I do this workout with another one of her an workouts n I got my results! Goodluck to you all!!

I did this for 5 days and out of all ab workouts I‘ve done this one brought the best results ever! I can finally wear low waisted jeans and feel great in it
I didn't see the results in days or a week like others did but that didn't stop me. I've been doing this workout for a month now, twice a day and it went from 32inches to 30inches. I'm really insecure about my bellybutton so I'm glad I got this far. So if you're wondering yes it works but everyone's body is different so don't give up on you just yet.
@@islamwithaamna intermittent fasting. Now I can say it's better if you just cut down calories, sugar and do hiit workout/cardios. You will lose belly fat from that instead of lower abs workout itself.
@@Lifeis_adream back in my prime workout days😂 now I just workout 3-4 times a week. My advice is to cut down sugar and do hiit / cardio / walking and be in a calorie deficit. (Even try intermittent fasting) This video won't cut your lower body fat alone.
I’ll be doing this for a while so I’ll be keeping y’all updated. Day 1: ✅did once and it was pretty hard. Felt good and nothing in my body changed Day 2:✅did 2 times! Noting looks different and nothing was sore. Mostly the same as day 1 Day 3:✅ didn’t do so well and it was harder. Again no visible changes Day 4: did only 1 time I was lazy today. I’m skinny fat and I was never overweight, I just have belly fat that I’m tired of seeing, can’t wait to see some results! Day 1 ✅ (if you see my comment pls motivate me, it’s really hard to keep doing it. I did it in the past but gave up ) Day 2 ✅ I feel like it’s really working fast Day 3 ✅It’s getting easier but still feel the burn after this amazing workout. I already see a small difference. I had a belly pooch on day one, its almost gone on day 6. I haven’t been keeping a diet, i’ve just been eating smaller portions and that seems to help, im still eating three meals a day. this is going to work wonders on my self esteem. Thank you! update: im not sore at all after a consistent week!!

hey gloria!! i found this workout on accident and when i started doing this everyday (1-2x) i started to see AMAZING results only after two days! to mention i was in a calorie deficit, the results were still shocking! thank you so much, i love you!
I can say that this really works, I eat a bunch a day, but I still see progress when I do these videos, which is something I never saw before, it may be hard but it works.
I didn't see result until the fourth day after Ive done this work out for 3 consecutive days. BUT IT DOES WORK. Don't give up y'all! And thanks Gloria for this work out!! It's amazing! A constructive comment though is I wish you edited it better for the background music. It throws me off a little when there's silence and no music for a period of time lol maybe just me. But I love the timer/countdown sounds you have especially the end of each work out vs "the work out is compelete" sound is different. Great job over all, Gloria! Thanks!
A lot of people are showing their progress so imma keep record for as long as I can - here we go : Day 22 - ✅ (weekends I try to do it three times because I have more time but on week days I have school and work right after so I only have time at about 9 so I only do it once) Day 1 ✅ - not bad, it was quick and I’m not sore yet Day 2 ✅ - definitely felt the burn during the workout, but not sore yet (forgot to comment how I did) Day 3 ✅ - it was mainly my neck that hurt it was just tired Day 4 ✅ - I ate more than usual so my stomach hurt but I pushed through Day 5 ✅ - again, my neck hurt but I made it through so far I’m noticing my stomach skin is getting tighter Day 6 ✅ - burned more than usual maybe I was just tired + did quick run today too Day 7 ✅ - it’s late so I just wanted to get it done with so I could sleep but it is getting easier Day 8 ✅ - I am just so sleepy but I got it done and it is getting easier but still a little tough for me, now it’s the weekend so I can do it morning and night Day 9 ✅ - definitely easier this time, my neck hurt less and the burn was less - I can see my stomach getting a teensy bit flatter - I only did it at night because I forgot to do it in the morning since I went for a hike Day 10 ✅ - so much easier this time, it felt a lot better Every 10 days I’ll say some things about progress I do see some definition showing already when I press my stomach it is a lot tougher so I can definitely tell I’ve gained muscle I can see I’m thinner which I’m happy about I do think this workout works really well. I’ve been doing it along with just extra sit-ups and I try to run at least 3 miles a day just to train for races. I really haven’t changed my diet much too. Day 11 ✅ - felt a good burn. I really didn’t want to do it today but I remembered that I GOT THIS and so yeah I did it once Day 12 ✅ - yaaay I’m so happy with how easy it’s getting. Now I gotta study :( I had to work today then I got home late barely leaving me time so study but it’s ok I’ll just take a nap tmr Day 13 ✅ - easy again I’m so happyyyy I’m definitely getting thinner and I don’t have to suck my stomach in now Day 14 ✅ - two weeks! really easy and yeah I can really feel the muscles Day 15 ✅ - it’s nice now, probably gonna start doing more workouts I will continue recording my progress, but I just wanted to say that I definitely like this workout. It’s quick, easy, and it works super well! 10/10 recommend

@@dailybeat5650 not really, just follow the routine, drinks lots of water and walk a lot. Doing those things everyday lets me be relaxed about my diet without gaining weight, I´ve also noticed i fill up faster without looking so bloated!!!!

Idk why but this workout made me see a lot of progress, ofc other ones gave me progress but I can visibly see it with this one. Takes a lot to get used to and it hurts 😭 but it’s great. Remember not all bodies are the same so don’t be upset if you’re not on the same timeline as another. We’re all unique and our bodies deserve the special treatment that they get individually ♥️
I followed this routine for weeks now and my down stomach is way thinner , iam soon even flat there , i worked on diet , rountines this one and for stomach , legs and waist and everyone is amazed by my body and i lost 6.5 kg until now in nearly 2 months from 75.5 to 69kg , and thats when it is hard to lose weight 😊 so countinue, do it , u can do it !!!

I did it for a whole week and I see some changes and I lost some weight but i dont think my weight will change that much day 8: easy peasy, and this time those heel touches were easier. !trying this workout for a week! ⬇️⬇️ day 1: ✅ I didn’t really see much of a difference but I can definitely start to feel it. day 2: ✅ my legs started to become sore but I did it, I pushed through it! day 3: ✅ my legs are absolutely weak but I still pushed my self through it, and and I can start to see my stomach shrinking a tiny bit. day 4: ❌ I forgot to do it but I made sure to do an extra day! day 5: ✅ back on track and once again my legs were sore and when I was doing the first couple of exercises I really felt the burn! day 6: ✅ almost done for the week but I can definitely see a change and most definitely feel it. day 7: ✅🎊🎉 woohoo I finally finished! I definitely recommend this workout if you are looking forward in see a change and feeling a change in your body. I’ll try to keep up, please like or reply to remind me !! overall this was a great experiment to try out, I definitely recommend but I can definitely say that you will not have the abs in the thumbnail if you do this workout for a week but probably if you go on a healthy diet and continue this workout from now and on.
I’ve been doing this for about four days now and I can see a slight difference in my tummy I do it once a day but then again I also drink lots of water and have been eating slightly healthier but I’m gonna keep doing it til I go back to school on the 19th of August. im used to working out a lot so i usually never feel a burn during or after working out- finally felt something with this!! it’s great- you see results VERY fast- i’ve never had too much belly fat but this was great and helped me burn enough until i was satisfied!! I understand that you couldn't keep going but giving up is not a good idea... You should do 2 days workout 1 day rest 2 days workout 1 day rest 1 day workout and the cheat day and just keep going

I’m turning 17 in 20 something days and I’m also a pre med student so I don’t have as much time for activities other than studying so I’m really really hoping to prioritise this more!! Day 1: ✅ worked out after a long time, it was slightly hard and I did the last one for only 10sec but my back doesn’t hurt anymore and my abs are definitely burning Day 2: ✅ got my period this morning (i missed it last month) and I woke up with my abdomen sore. It wasn’t that bad though, I finished the whole exercise today and last night I picked up my intermittent fasting plan again so I’ll be having breakfast in a couple hours. This is definitely a little more challenging than yesterday but I did it yay day 3-5: I HAD TO MISS IT IM SO SORRY I was travelling sm and I was super super tired because of classes and college and also my boyfriend got really sick to the point he’s on bed rest so I wasn’t in the right mind to do much please pray for him and I promise I’ll redo this entire session once I’m doing better.

Trying to do this or just workout for a month. Okay im doing this for three weeks Day 1:✅done and sore. Had to skip a few seconds on a few exercises but baby steps are still steps. Day 2:✅sore from yesterday but the burn actually helped a little. The after effect is phenomenal. I feel much more active from the inside. No visible changes yet, obviously. Day 3:✅ again, im sore, but this COMPLETELY helped the burn. My core feels stronger and so do my hips. No visible changes yet. Day 4:✅really didn’t want to today but I pulled through, doing it for the future me that’ll thank me for consistency:) burned a lot less and I skipped zero seconds today. No visible changes yet Day 5:✅again, didn’t want to, but consistency is key. Did not burn at all today, I reduced my rest time between each exercise to 5 seconds instead of ten and did 45 seconds for reach exercise. I did all of them without breaking a sweat, so im going to combine this workout with Lily sabri’s Pilates. I noticed the slightest change today. Day 1: BURNED!!! Ugh it hurt so much but I’m excited to see the results as I want to have a “glow up” and feel more confident about my body. Day 2: i was so sore I had to stay home today. The workout wasn’t as painful today but I was left with a minor headache.

Bloat isn’t always looks lol…I get bloated a LOT and sometimes I look like her, other times I look slightly puffier. It’s mainly about how comfortable you are. Bloat is a bunch of trapped gas so usually when you say you’re bloated it means your stomach is uncomfortable.
I'm a girl with autoimmune disease which make me feel tired so fast when I do this kind of exercises, but I didn't give up and here they are my abs and smaller waist guys!!!

Damn, 2 weeks done already! This was a very fun exercise. Not only that, but it was really effective as well. Although the video says that it's for lower abs, I've gotten really defined upper abs. In my lower abdominal area, you can kind of see some really slight abs, but they aren't as defined as my upper abs. For my upper abdominal area, I'm going to continue this exercise! I really like it, it's quick and effective. I'm gonna have to find another exercise for my lower abdominal area. I'd never thought I would actually get abs.

This really works. I did this only once a day at afternoon and it took me 3 days to notice that huge difference between my before and after. But here's the thing, I did this once at night, and the difference I made for that 3 days showed after just doing once at night. So I only do this exercise at night. I don't know why, but it works better for me at that time of day.
Here's a friendly reminder though, please observe proper breathing. Many individuals I know, when they're doing ab workouts that seems challenging, they almost don't breathe until they finish a rep, which is wrong okay? Always observe your breathing. Another thing, don't rush the exercise, feel that burn!

I’ve been doing her workouts for about 2-3 weeks now and I can forsure say it works. I didn’t keep the best diet so it was a slower process. I had complements of my waist sliming down. I did this for 5 days and out of all ab workouts I‘ve done this one brought the best results ever! I can finally wear low waisted jeans and feel great in it
I didn't see the results in days or a week like others did but that didn't stop me. I've been doing this workout for a month now, twice a day and it went from 32inches to 30inches. I'm really insecure about my bellybutton so I'm glad I got this far. So if you're wondering yes it works but everyone's body is different so don't give up on you just yet.

@@islamwithaamna intermittent fasting. Now I can say it's better if you just cut down calories, sugar and do hiit workout/cardios. You will lose belly fat from that instead of lower abs workout itself.
@@Lifeis_adream back in my prime workout days😂 now I just workout 3-4 times a week. My advice is to cut down sugar and do hiit / cardio / walking and be in a calorie deficit. (Even try intermittent fasting) This video won't cut your lower body fat alone.

I had a belly pooch on day one, its almost gone on day 6. I haven’t been keeping a diet, i’ve just been eating smaller portions and that seems to help, im still eating three meals a day. this is going to work wonders on my self esteem.

I can say that this really works, I eat a bunch a day, but I still see progress when I do these videos, which is something I never saw before, it may be hard but it works.
I didn't see result until the fourth day after Ive done this work out for 3 consecutive days. BUT IT DOES WORK. Don't give up y'all!

It throws me off a little when there's silence and no music for a period of time lol maybe just me. A lot of people are showing their progress so imma keep record for as long as I can - here we go : Day 22 - ✅
(weekends I try to do it three times because I have more time but on week days I have school and work right after so I only have time at about 9 so I only do it once)
Day 1 ✅ - not bad, it was quick and I’m not sore yet
Day 2 ✅ - definitely felt the burn during the workout, but not sore yet
(forgot to comment how I did)
Day 3 ✅ - it was mainly my neck that hurt it was just tired
Day 4 ✅ - I ate more than usual so my stomach hurt but I pushed through
Day 5 ✅ - again, my neck hurt but I made it through
so far I’m noticing my stomach skin is getting tighter
Day 6 ✅ - burned more than usual maybe I was just tired + did quick run today too
Day 7 ✅ - it’s late so I just wanted to get it done with so I could sleep but it is getting easier
Day 8 ✅ - I am just so sleepy but I got it done and it is getting easier but still a little tough for me, now it’s the weekend so I can do it morning and night
Day 9 ✅ - definitely easier this time, my neck hurt less and the burn was less - I can see my stomach getting a teensy bit flatter - I only did it at night because I forgot to do it in the morning since I went for a hike
Day 10 ✅ - so much easier this time, it felt a lot better
Every 10 days I’ll say some things about progress
I do see some definition showing already when I press my stomach it is a lot tougher so I can definitely tell I’ve gained muscle
I can see I’m thinner which I’m happy about
I do think this workout works really well. I’ve been doing it along with just extra sit-ups and I try to run at least 3 miles a day just to train for races. I really haven’t changed my diet much too.
Day 11 ✅ - felt a good burn. I really didn’t want to do it today but I remembered that I GOT THIS and so yeah I did it once
Day 12 ✅ - yaaay I’m so happy with how easy it’s getting. Now I gotta study :( I had to work today then I got home late barely leaving me time so study but it’s ok I’ll just take a nap tmr
Day 13 ✅ - easy again I’m so happyyyy I’m definitely getting thinner and I don’t have to suck my stomach in now
Day 14 ✅ - two weeks! really easy and yeah I can really feel the muscles
Day 15 ✅ - it’s nice now, probably gonna start doing more workouts

@@dailybeat5650 not really, just follow the routine, drinks lots of water and walk a lot. Doing those things everyday lets me be relaxed about my diet without gaining weight, I´ve also noticed i fill up faster without looking so bloated!!!!

Idk why but this workout made me see a lot of progress, ofc other ones gave me progress but I can visibly see it with this one. Takes a lot to get used to and it hurts 😭 but it’s great. Remember not all bodies are the same so don’t be upset if you’re not on the same timeline as another. We’re all unique and our bodies deserve the special treatment that they get individually ♥️

I followed this routine for weeks now and my down stomach is way thinner , iam soon even flat there , i worked on diet , rountines this one and for stomach , legs and waist and everyone is amazed by my body and i lost 6.5 kg until now in nearly 2 months from 75.5 to 69kg , and thats when it is hard to lose weight 😊 so countinue, do it , u can do it !!!

I have some extra belly fat and i'm looking to burn it. I am going to do lots of exercising during October, so at some points I might do this video twice.
♥Day 1 (29/09/2024): Completed! I sweated a bit, and my thighs and lower back kept on cracking. I am a bit tired now, but there is no physical change yet. Some of the exercises were a bit tricky and I had a break halfway through the last exercise.
♥Day 2 (30/09/2024): Completed! It was a lot better this time, my body kept on cracking still. There is no physical change, and I found the last exercise tricky.

day 1: ✅ I didn’t really see much of a difference but I can definitely start to feel it.
day 2: ✅ my legs started to become sore but I did it, I pushed through it!
day 3: ✅ my legs are absolutely weak but I still pushed my self through it, and and I can start to see my stomach shrinking a tiny bit.
day 4: ❌ I forgot to do it but I made sure to do an extra day!
day 5: ✅ back on track and once again my legs were sore and when I was doing the first couple of exercises I really felt the burn!
day 6: ✅ almost done for the week but I can definitely see a change and most definitely feel it.
day 7: ✅🎊🎉 woohoo I finally finished! I definitely recommend this workout if you are looking forward in see a change and feeling a change in your body.

overall this was a great experiment to try out, I definitely recommend but I can definitely say that you will not have the abs in the thumbnail if you do this workout for a week but probably if you go on a healthy diet and continue this workout from now and on.

I’ve been doing this for about four days now and I can see a slight difference in my tummy I do it once a day but then again I also drink lots of water and have been eating slightly healthier but I’m gonna keep doing it til I go back to school on the 19th of August. im used to working out a lot so i usually never feel a burn during or after working out- finally felt something with this!! it’s great- you see results VERY fast- i’ve never had too much belly fat but this was great and helped me burn enough until i was satisfied!! (btw i did this for like 7-10 days!!) good luck everyone!!

It works YALL. I’ve been doing this since May 2022 along with other workouts and it works great.
Keeping track of this workout because I really want to stay consistent this time. I’m turning 17 in 20 something days and I’m also a pre med student so I don’t have as much time for activities other than studying so I’m really really hoping to prioritise this more!!
Day 1: ✅ worked out after a long time, it was slightly hard and I did the last one for only 10sec but my back doesn’t hurt anymore and my abs are definitely burning
Day 2: ✅ got my period this morning (i missed it last month) and I woke up with my abdomen sore. It wasn’t that bad though, I finished the whole exercise today and last night I picked up my intermittent fasting plan again so I’ll be having breakfast in a couple hours. This is definitely a little more challenging than yesterday but I did it yay
day 3-5: I HAD TO MISS IT IM SO SORRY I was travelling sm and I was super super tired because of classes and college and also my boyfriend got really sick to the point he’s on bed rest so I wasn’t in the right mind to do much please pray for him and I promise I’ll redo this entire session once I’m doing better.

Okay im doing this for three weeks
Day 1:✅done and sore. Had to skip a few seconds on a few exercises but baby steps are still steps.
Day 2:✅sore from yesterday but the burn actually helped a little. The after effect is phenomenal. I feel much more active from the inside. No visible changes yet, obviously.
Day 3:✅ again, im sore, but this COMPLETELY helped the burn. My core feels stronger and so do my hips. No visible changes yet.
Day 4:✅really didn’t want to today but I pulled through, doing it for the future me that’ll thank me for consistency:) burned a lot less and I skipped zero seconds today. No visible changes yet
Day 5:✅again, didn’t want to, but consistency is key. Did not burn at all today, I reduced my rest time between each exercise to 5 seconds instead of ten and did 45 seconds for reach exercise. I did all of them without breaking a sweat, so im going to combine this workout with Lily sabri’s Pilates. I noticed the slightest change today.

Day 1: BURNED!!! Ugh it hurt so much but I’m excited to see the results as I want to have a “glow up” and feel more confident about my body.
Day 2: i was so sore I had to stay home today. The workout wasn’t as painful today but I was left with a minor headache.

Day 1: ✅ I did it twice. I also walked 10k steps, dance for 1h and 30 minutes of Pilates. (Btw I didn't do all this back to back, i did it throughout the day)
Day 2. ✅ I didn’t do this workout, i did two of her legs workout and I also did the same things as yesterday.

day 1: ✅done felt the burn in my lower belly.
day 2: ✅done and before working out i felt pain from yestardays workout as well.
day 3: ✅done felt the pain again but less then on the first two days.

day 5: i did not do it today bc my school started and i did not have time :(

end of first week! honestly i already see the difference but i also did stomach vacuums 3 times a day for 30 seconds each so i am pretty sure that also worked. i will do this for one more week cant wait to see the results.

I luv Gloria's workouts it's so fast and it definitely BURNS I've been doing this along with her 3 other workouts and it has made significant changes I've been doing it for only about a week or more it definitely works
I've been doing this 2 times per day and then another ab workout I found. Here's my thingy!!!
Day 1: Burned but not to bad, no results yet obviously
Day 2: No changes yet, it burnt more this day cause it was sore from day 1
Day 3: I believe I see the slightest change and my belly is getting noticeably harder (muscle)
Day 4: Break Day, I take a break day every Friday but on Saturday I do one addition random exercise to make up for it :p (Legs or Arms Exercise)
Day 5: Only did it once today I was busy, but I see changes overgoing
Day 6: Seeing overall huge changes, and I'm definitely more confident looking in the mirror
Day 7: Just finished and I'm rlly proud of myself; I'm going to keep doing this daily

Definitely, I didn't measure but I can see my stomach getting flatter (upper) and my lower stomach fat going away

Hi! Im an 18 year old person and Im going to try this workout for idk how long, Ill update every day how Im doing, so there is no way out for me anymore. I feel that this time I will push myself through and not give up like all other workout plans I made in the past.
My starting:

Day 1: ✅ I felt like I was dying, so I took a few breaks, but Im proud of myself for finishing this!
Day 2: ✅️ first thing I did in the morning was this workout, so that I just got it over with xD, buuut I finished it, with less breaks than yesterday!!
Day 3:✅️ almost forgot to do it today, so I did it before sleep! Im really tired rn, but I did it!! Took 1 break in the middle of the video
Day 4: ✅️ its still hard, but easier to do day by day!! Did it without breaks today :)

Day 1: ✅ (29 inch waist) I felt very worn out after this but feeling good about myself that I’ve done it!

Day 3: ❌ didn’t do it today bc I was really tired and achy and didn’t sleep at all the night before

Day 1- ✅ did it 3 times really felt the burn but after an hour I already got little tiny bit results and was shocked 😂
Day 2 - ✅ did it 2 times and it burned so bad 😮💨 but felt really good after doing this workout because it works !!!

@@oursarang um i try to add a salad to every meal but what helps the most is to eat 2-3 times a day with no snacks between at all.
