    I like how you start out with a vlog then start the workout. Her abs workouts work, guys so dont worry and give it a try. I did the one she has to shrink your waist, and you see results ASAP

      I need to know if it’s postpartum safe tho. Because it’s hard to do regular ab workouts after kids. If your abs are spilt, it’s dangerous to do anything that can cause more damage. You will end up in the hospital for surgery 🫠.

      @@costellmark1410 hmmm that’s a good question. But I think we need to also think of it like this. Just because someone is skinny doesn’t mean they have abs lol. That’s muscle, and you gotta work for it.

    I'm going to do this for a few weeks.
    Current measurements:
    62 cm. I do have a little bit of abs showing, but I haven't worked out in like a month).
    Day one: ✅ It was quite easy, but really refreshing!

    Worked lower stomach but also sides of hips. Thank you. People say you can't lose fat from one area but you can tone it and make it look more shapely. I know because i'm a cute shapely big girl... only because I work out I look thinner. Strength makes better posture.

    Starting today doing this every for 2 weeks
    Day1:✅ done felt the burn it hurt but gotta stay strong
    Day2:✅ done again feeling the burn but no difference yet but it’s just the beginning
    Day3:✅ done again felt the burn it’s also easier than when I first started and I see a small difference but I also have been stretching
    Day4:✅ done it got more easy my lower stomach is smaller but not that big of a difference
    Day5:✅ done it’s easier than before my lower stomach is getting smaller but I also have been walking every day for 30 mins so yeah
    Edit: guys I had to stop working out due to back problems but during they give days I have been seeing a slight difference thank you guys for the reminders tho 🤗

    Gonna be doing this workout for 1-2 weeks followed by 30 mins of cardio wish me luck 💕💕
    Day 1 : First time doing it!! Felt the burn but I didn’t feel demotivated to do it, fun workout !!
    Day 2 : Holy crap my hips just started to hurt like HELL out of no where but I kept doing it 💪
    Day 3 : Today I’m gonna be doing the cardio later than the workout, hopefully that doesn’t affect anything but I did the workout just now and I feel great! Maybe I’m delusional but I’m already starting to see results,, before I could only see my upper abs (when tensing) but now I’m starting to see my lower abs too !! (When tensing)
    Day 4 : Just finished the workout! I’m abt to walk to the gym since I haven’t gone in like 3 days 😭 ‘n I’m gonna do my cardio there. The workout has been getting easier !!
    Day 5 : I think what's most challenging about this workout has to be the breathing and keeping your back straight on the floor, is it just me or does everyone's back arch usually?? But the workout is getting easier, I'm starting to incorporate the ways to make it more challenging that Gloria sometimes recommends!
    Day 6 : The workout has gotten much easier now but the burn is still there 💕 I hadn’t done the 30 minutes of cardio yesterday but even with that I’m seriously starting to see definition in my abs !! Love u for this Gloria, seriously a life saver x
    Day 7 : It has been getting easier for me to keep a straight back and I've memorized all the breathing exercises now. Also, the abs are definitely coming in!! Omg I feel so much more confident about my body right now.
    Hii!! I stopped because I went on vacation for 2 weeks but let me just say my aunties were complimenting how slim and tall I looked 💕

      ​​@@amber_901quick update: I havent been rlly doing this exercise much but I've been doing other workouts from her and sherylin kim (I hope I got the name right) and my waist went from 36 in to 32 in in less than 3 weeks. Wouldnt say if I lost or gained weight because my scale is broken 😭 I'll try regulating this video's workout routine and will update you! (If i remember)

    For some people is very difficult to do these excercise beacuse they haven't many time or is just difficult to do this excercise the people should to find their own way how to do a perfect body shape and very good for that one persons that do videos because they help the people that have time and can do these excercise.

    Ive been doing this for some days (i think 3) and it feels so so amazing! Ive been seeing lots of results already (but thats probably because i do other workouts as well). Whenever i did my other workouts only, tho, i still got that low belly fat that didnt wanna go so thats why i started doing this workout and it just completed my workout schedule!! My lower belly fat is decreasing slowly and it was so obvious today! Tysmmmm Gloria, youre a life saver❤️❤️❤️❤️

      Hiii may i know if you feeling sore after this workout? Because it's my 5th try and i finally follow all the workouts instead of giving up at just 2/3 but my stomach didn't feel as sore as when i started doing it

      ​@alieyaariesa9961 don't worry if you're not sore!! I was sore at first but the soreness dissapeard quickly. But everyone is different. Some get sore quicker than others. I'm a person that doesn't get really sore after doing an ab/core workout. Maybe you're just like me!

      Doing Sport while you‘re on your period is actually good, it reduces cramps, at least that is what works for me and my doctor recommended it.
      Idk if it‘ll work for you but you could give it a try, but I think you shouldn’t do HIIT workouts while you‘re ok your period

    For those who don’t know this is a Pilates workout and they are totally safe to do every day. It can be extremely tiring tough, especially if you’re just starting because it’s really targeting your ab muscles. If you’re a beginner , I’d probably start with three times a week

    Started doing this today and I think I will continue for about two weeks
    Promise to continue updating cuz I keep seeing people who only have 2 days.
    Day 1✅ - Got through it but it BURNEDDDDDDD so hopefully I will get used to this - I also did other youtube workouts today but I probably will only continue this one for the next few weeks.
    I just weighed myself but after doing this and I am 51.4 kg but have a lot of belly fat
    Gotta get my school glow up 🙏🏽
    Day 2✅ - Woke up so sore today but also got my period at the end of the day so that might also be tied into it - after stretching and getting the soreness away, the exercise felt much better - I still felt the burn but it was actually nice.
    Day 3 ✅ - Wasn’t bad at all - was a little sore but I just stretched it out - so far so good
    Day 4 ❌ - Ngl I did not do it since I wasn’t feeling very well.
    Day 5 ✅ - Felt much better completing this exercise

      @@nessieneonit did make me feel sore the next day but that might also have to do with the fact that I got my period - I feel more active but I habit seen direct results yet but I’m sure it just needs a little time

    im planning to do this for 21 days ! let's see if i can make it
    before:
    waist- 28inches
    tummy- 30inches
    weight- 52kg
    goal:
    waist- 26inches
    tummy- 28inches
    weight- 48kg
    day 1: ✔️ feeling the burn, pretty good pilates workout + rlly love the breathing technique tho im not quite sure how exactly it's gonna impact the workout
    day 2: ✔️ getting better at making sure the entire lower back sticks on the ground, still having difficulties tryna get up to touch ur toes from laying on back position
    day 3: ✔️ feeling so much more stronger and healthier rather than always rotting in bed lol, great exercise!!
    day 4: ✔️ no longer that painful, im going to start cardio tmr
    rest 1 day
    day 5: ✔️ i added 2.5kg weights onto each leg and damn it burns even more but super satisfying tho
    day 6: ✔️ doing it with the same weights, i feel the effect 2x stronger

      If you're shakin while doing core exercises that means your core is very weak. Don't worry about the shaking and your breath sounding like a mixer mixing batter while doing so. Try to keep those poses where it makes you shake as long as you can, that means those positions are your weakest on your core muscles. If you keep doing that even for a week you'll see the shaking will get better as you start exerting more control over those muscles.

    i'm going to be doing this for one month and posting results
    day 1: i did this at morning and at first i didn't notice anything at all, but when it was night time i could already tell it was having some affect. plus, my abs burn
    day 2: i did this late at night this time. i could only do the half as i got my belly button pierced today and it hurt to crunch my stomach too much. but i did the first half twice
    day 3-5: i was so bloated these days + healing from my naval piercing so i skipped these days. i did walk 10k steps and i was on a juice cleanse to help with the bloat.
    day 6: i did this late at night after eating but i still noticed some results right away. i'm back to square one because of my extreme bloating case.

    Today is September 6, Friday. as im a begginer, I’ll do it 3 times a week ( monday, wednesday, friday). Next month or when i feel ready, I’ll start doing one more day per week !     I tried doing this workout and a few others like the lower ab workout and slim waist and i kind of gave up after a few days but i still saw results in a few days gloria songs workouts are actually amazing! I didnt rly lose weight but my waist was smaller and my stomach was more toned

    i have workout for so long and eat balanced food, but no result in half a year, i think its my genetics. I have done ab workouts for a year and no result, even my stomach is not flat

      It may have to do with how much rest you have and if you aren't getting enough sleep. Muscles need rest to regenerate, and stress releases cortisol, which is bad for weight loss, I think. Also, being bloated and sitting for too long may affect calories burnt. There's a lot of science behind this kind of stuff.

    I know that i can’t lose fat from one spot but four years ago i was working every day on my belly for 1 month and i really lost some inches that my pants was falling down. So i believe you can lose some inch by strengthening those muscles

    It’s easy for you to do this and make it seem easy because your body is already fit and you’re skinny a fit body can stretch that way I have been there if a person doesn’t workout or if they have a fat body then they won’t be able to do this exactly the way you are doing it persistent is the key though

    I’m a petite small frame 64 who ran marathons for 15 years I no longer run marathons but I do the elliptical for 5miles 4 times a week along with calisthenics 5days a week. I had my one and only child at 39 and never could get rid of my baby pooch it’s small but I dislike it so I will try this exercise 😊❤tk u

      Cardio and exercise helps to burn calories-> leads into a caloric deficit :) diet is important too ofc.
