    I was looking for someone new to follow and found this video. 12 minute shoulders, nice, I'll do that twice to give my shoulders a burn. Did it once and soon realised 12 minutes is more than enough for my shoulder today 🔥👌😁

    Super pumped. Just did this one for the 4th time (on 4/3). The last time I did it 3 wks back I used 25s for arnies and 15s the other 4 exercises for all 3 sets. Today I decided to do 25s for arnies and 17.5s for the other 4 exercises. It was super tough but got through all 3 rounds! Making progress!!

    hadn't done this one in 6 months so I went back for a little pain & gain. did 25# for arnie presses and 17.5# for the other 4 exercises for all 3 rounds. SOOOOO Hard!!! 10/6

      @@TheZeusFitness Yeah most definitely. I did the 1st 2 rounds with 25lbs for the arnie presses and 15s for the other exercises, and then had to drop to 20s and 12.5s for the last round. Super tough. Appreciate you putting these out there

      @@TheZeusFitness Really pumped because I did this one again today (for the 3rd time in 2 weeks) and i was able to do 25s for all 3 rounds of arnie presses and 15s for all 3 rounds of the 4 other exercises. 1st time i did this i had to drop down the 3rd round because it was too heavy. so clearly my shoulder work capacity and strength is increasing. thanks again....these vids are so great for workouts at home - short, sweet & effective

    Hi coach, how heavy are your dumbbells usually for these exercises? And for your light dumbbel videos?

      Typical between 6-12 kg for a lot of these vids depending on the exercise. Don’t need to be crazy heavy for the nature of these vids. But beauty is you can always add a little as you progress if need a tougher workout

    Hi mate, what size dumbbells would you recommend for your workout videos, I’m not a complete newbie to weights but it’s been a few months since lifting. Thanks

      It’s going to be different for everyone , it’s about finding what works for you. With this short sharp continuous style of workout , trust me you won’t need much at all before it is burning like crazy. For the likes of presses try around 8-10kg and the likes of the raises 6-8 and see how they feels for you. If you need to go a little heavier do so , or likewise might need to drop a little in the later sets. Just remember to try keep good form throughout 👍

    As professionally shot, presented or conceived as any Beachbody video - and less annoying. I'm not into streaming, but if from all this great footage a series of 10 DVDs could be produced - a series that could be used systematically over 12 weeks, say - I would be parting with my money faster than you could say "Guaranteed results."
