steven, this is just a helpful notice but established titles has been considered a scam for quite some time and theres a lot of evidence and proof leading to this such as there being no such land in the first place and that it is near impossible to subdivide property to such small sizes to sell at 10-100 bux

Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't know much about it and don't want to offend anyone in any way, but does it really matter if they're reselling the land people already bought? I know for every purchase they're planting a tree and it's not like they have infinite land so they are just trying to get as many purchases as possible and planting as many trees as possible, right? Again, I don't know much about it so please correct me if I'm wrong and if I offended anyone I'm sorry I don't mean to l'm confused on if it is for the greater good or something I guess and it's not really hurting anyone.
@@angelblocker2949 You've described the rationale for the scam perfectly. How do you sell infinite plots of land? Precisely all they are doing is being as efficient as possible with what limited resources they have to make as much money as possible. Whilst doing good by getting someone else to plant trees. It's a win-win situation. Actually more win for the scammers and maybe a little trickle-down win for the trees. Certainly selling actual plots of forested land is too limiting ... there's only 7 million square kilometers of Brazilian rainforest and you'd need to buy out those ranchers which is not a profitable scheme at all.

They're very popular and they've fooled thousands of people, but the bit about technically being a lord or lady by Scottish custom is a complete lie.
