another geeking out skit but instead its a hired assasin, the target, and the boss.
the assasin has successfully kidnapped the target and the boss orders him to kill the target through call/walkie-talkie. the assasin says smth like "any last words" to the target. then the target compliments the assasin on smth and they end up geeking out. then the boss is just on the other end of the call confused af 😂

3:54, OMG! Yes! Hollywood has been flooded with terrible audio engineers filling films with bad mixes for a decade! I'm glad someone submitted that one. Bad mixes drive me up a wall! You have to max the volume just to hear the crushed vocals, then something unpredictable happens, the music and sound effects are boosted, and they blow your freaking speakers and get your lease terminated for noise violations lol
Movie suggestion: How main characters can talk SO much and the bad guys just politely wait for them to finish

I loved how after he realized he could put subtitles, he only got a few actual words before the subtitles said things like “wind noises” lol That was great. Excellent work again Steven!

Steven's dad commenting on bedtime stories and children's books would be epic. Everything from Dr. Seuss to all the weird German ones, there's a lot of material there.
I imagine him completely tearing them apart (metaphorically, but maybe physically too) for how ridiculous they are, and severly misrepresenting the moral of the story.

'Steven got as much talent as a celery' is a very good simile and probably gonna get A+ in next term of English
A horror skit where Steven becomes so perfect in everything he does, Steven's Dad takes emotional damage because he's been defining himself by his son's failure and hunt for success, ending starts on a wholesome note about how family is important and everyone having emotional damage with tense music in the background, but ends in Steven's Dad waking up in a sweat from a nightmare. Something along those lines :D

Good idea making his dad loose the will to live not because his son is awful but because his son is perfect

Skit idea: Steven and his dad go to a restaraunt together but steven drives, getting emotional damage from his dad along the way. At the restaraunt, they order Beijing corn. The waiter is uncle roger (dad of steven's brother) and uncle roger tells them that timmy owns the restaraunt and he hired gordon ramsay. Hope you like this or take some of my ideas! Ya, i was so pleasantly surprised. Oh, but remember he's got Asian parents, so it shouldn't be that much of a stretch. Wish I could have played like that after 10 years of piano lessons. Now my 16 year old son is teaching me new songs using the "watch-a-piano on screen play the notes and memorize." Of course he's only mastered his right hand and doesn't know the notes he's playing, but I'm still impressed. Maybe us Americans have way too low of standards. Which is better I wonder?
Most Asian parents expect their kids to make something out of their hobbies. For ex. I’ve been playing piano since I was 6, it would be kinda bad if I couldn’t play smoothly lmao. Would say it’s both a good and bad thing because parents are very supportive of helping their kids grow talent, but it can be a ton of pressure
@@cmoloney9647 There's nothing wrong with learning a different way, even if he never learns how to read notes. A lot of Asians are classically trained in piano and/or violin but most of us will never use it past high school age. Music ends up being a hobby - so I say as long you and your son are having fun, there is no "better" or "worse" :)

I freakin rage each time someone starts speaking a foreign/made up language and I turn on the subtitles, only for it to say [foreign language]...like I guess I'll never know then, lol.

Man I feel that pain with the last part. Always hated it how you can never hear what there saying in a movie so you turn it up so loud that when the action finally starts its like the whole room is shaking and your in a war zone.
Skit idea: Your Asian “dad” is hired to voiceover Asian martial arts films in his English accent as to make the actors seem authentic Asians speaking in accent English but the lip synching is off ( your “dad”) frustrated disrupts scenes and lines because he doesn’t get the writing. Insisting the actors speak their native language, gets into a fight with the director and the unseen faces, fight noises, yelling and screaming between your dad and the director gets recorded, yet unintentionally makes for better sound effects and voiceover for the movie.
"How bou a lease? I see Steven on the weekends. He go back to you for the Weekdays." Lmao 😂😂

Oh man the dialogue being drowned out by action is so painful…I LOVE IT!
This is just like when the characters talk so low you can’t even understand what they are saying
Then you have to raise the volume because the subtitles are either ahead or behind the actual dialogue which is horribly distracting only to immediately met with a sudden, deafening music score.
Not to mention when you turn it back down only to have the characters begin talking just as quietly again.
Where Steven is a bunch of different characters at once and it's absolute chaos-
just the way I like it
Oh, or if Steven is cosplaying a character like Harry Potter or someone idk and Stevens dad walks in and starts insulting him just the way that character's dad would 😆

a skit where it starts off with steven’s dad and timmy’s dad fighting to pay the bill, then steven comes along with timmy and steven’s dad roasts steven. then the dads get into a roast battle to see who can roast their children the most. then timmy’s dad gets a sudden appreciation for steven’s dads roasts and vice verca and they start roasting each otters children and then both children together and then timmy shows some cool skill like playing the piano and they stop roasting him, so both fathers end up just roasting steven.

What about... a choir, where there are canonical members:
- The one who sings confidently, but wrong
- The one who can't count
- The one who flirts with the conductor
- The one who thinks they're a soloist
- The tall one who stands in front of the short people
- The ones who brag about not practicing (& secretly do; vs. they should)
- The alto line which is almost never sensical
- The upset sopranos when their line isn't the melody... lols (yes, I'm a soprano)
- The tenors or sopranos who think they can sing that high note (but can’t)
- The tenors who sing too loudly so you can’t hear the melody
- The bass line which is just one note over and over

Potential Skit Ideas:
1. What the world would be like if Social Media comments actually happened IRL. (Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
2.) Imagine what life would be like if we all enacted communication instead of just verbalizing it. (This would be akin to everyone "talking" via emoji/Fortnite dances/Dave Coulier 'language'/Charades/etc.)
3.) What would an Asian's visit to a phycologist/therapist's office be like, featuring guest appearances by said Asian's parents *and* prodigy sibling/cousin.
that volume thing is such a pain, they're almost whispering in a show, so you turn up the volume, and then action starts and your wife yells at you to turn it down, and I CAN'T HONEY I CAN'T HEAR THEM TALK
Steven should make one where his dad is kidnapped so he becomes a secret agent and saves his dad. But when they get home his dad finds Steven’s report card from the final school semester so he whoops Steven’s butt and Steven was never seen again
