    • @davepirtle9790
      @davepirtle9790 Месяц назад

      lets get the facts straight it was 230 felony charges not arrests of those 230 charges 15 were prosecuted into convictions. It didnt say how many times TJ had been arrested but it started at 12.
      Before we hang the judge its important to know what his last charges were ( Sheriff said something about breaking someones arm). But the judge, any judge can only impose bail conditions on what the law says and we dont know those paramaters. And the sheriff l, although I enjoy his pressers , didnt tell us. And the media there apparently didnt ask either.
      As I say I enjoy his honest human reactions but he leaves out important details to support his narrative. Also he refuses to use body cameras for his department. That alone is a huge red flag because the body cams help the cops too but they dont like having trannsparency. This is what happens when people in power get too full of themsleves and forget they work for the public not the other way around. We the people grant you your police power but we can also take it away if you abuse it.

This county sheriff is amazing because he does a decent job, if only everyone could follow his example - we could be living in a very different world to the one we have to merely survive in.

      End the war on drugs. Minimum mandatory sentencing of drug offenses brought to you by the puritanical mindsets of the likes of Joe Biden and D J Trump and literally in the case of Joe and continued by the orange fake. There's no room for actual criminals because ten years for possession of small amounts of cannabis can have you locked up until your life IS actually destroyed (by the system not the drugs).

      I totally agree. I've been waiting quite a few of his press conferences, and this gentleman right here has his act together.
      That's saying a hell of a lot coming from me, because I've had too many run-ins with some pretty fucked-up cops, so there's always a little apprehension on my part. Generally I have a problem with many cops, but I do have respect and appreciate all the good ones that are in the job because they honestly care about their communities, and the people in them. The bad ones really make it hard for the good ones. Especially the ones that think just because they have that badge, it commands respect! Nothing could be farther from the truth, respect is a two way street, and whether they're having a bad day or not, and have dealt with some assholes earlier, that's a different case, the next case has nothing to do with the last one, and those guys need to check that shit before they go to handle the next one. Everyone take care & be safe out there!! It's getting crazy out there!! And there are MENTAL MIDGETS EVERYWHERE!!!

      The Sheriff recited the entire prosecution case against the three named suspects in great detail. What happened to the 'presumption of innocence' that supposedly underpins the US justice system? How can they ever get a fair trial after this?
      In the UK, this level of detail is never, ever given out publicly before trial. The danger of this is that dangerous people like the killer in this case, can claim they didn't get a fair trial and further down the line, walk free. The killer is a very dangerous individual that the public needs to be protected from. With his criminal history, he should never have been released on bond to kill those three young men in the first place! That judge messed up big time.
      But just because a murder suspect has form, shouldn't mean the case against them can be shared like this before trial. I want that scumbag to get a fair trial, to ensure he never, ever gets out and walks freely among decent people again!
