Generally in the US women get sentenced to less time in prison for the same violence that men do. The driver will get the longest sentence and Kimberly will get a sentence, but I'm willing to bet it will be half as much as the driver, even though she was the instigator, the organizer and essentially set it all up. Its likely, those three kids if they never met Kimberly would not have done what they did. But will justice take that into account for sentencing Kimberly?

My grandmother was murdered (87 yrs old) in her own home on a Friday night in April in Auburndale, Florida. This channel came across my feed about a yr ago. I can’t say why it did but I am always reminded of my precious, tiny grandmother who lived alone. The murderer broke in through her guest room window and broke her neck! She wore hearing aids and didn’t hear him at first. All these yrs later I am reminded with all the violence we see and hear about in our world. Sheriff Judd, thank you for the amazing job you do in this day and time to help the citizens of Auburndale and surrounding counties to have a safer place to live.

Adam Brown - The reason for that is most likely related to what the officer stated; Polk City is a small community with a minimal crime rate.
This means that the officers of Polk City can focus all their resources at the task at hand-helping them gather facts and information quickly that then they can disclose to the community.
In your average city the population count is bigger-which by extension means that there’s more crime.
Due to that reason police resources are split, which severely slows them down.
It’s because of that reason, and intel sensitive information, that big city officers usually keep tight lipped.

YES. Kids (even adults) believe that even though they did not directly participate in a killing or an act that resulted in killing, you can still be charged for that killing. This is because you have decided to join a 'conspiracy' to commit a crime with at least one other person and what ever crimes the other person commits is applied to you (and vice versa).
      .
      .
      .
The only exception to this is when you decided to help on the condition that you know clearly that a crime will not be committed (such as you may take your friend to another person's house to just talk under the condition that they do not fight but your friend didn't tell you he/she brought a gun and is going to shoot the person). But even this situation will not be in your favour either.

Amen! condolences and that poor child is not going to have his mother anymore! They don't mention a father, she could be a widow, divorced? I hope there is a father, or decent grandparents because this child is going to need somebody, because I can tell you from personal experience that's called "child abandonment". Even though the mother had no choice but to die, in psychiatry that's what they call it, child abandonment PTSD for the rest of his life and Hunter's going to need a lot of help! How do I know this? Because my children lost their father when he was only 31 my kids were 12 and 4 I was 31 and they lost me because I had to work to provide health insurance for my youngest/ cerebral palsy. dear God in heaven and no, I would not count on these missionary baptist churches around there to be of any assistance at all, they could be the root of the problem.
It is unfortunate we are seeing so many young people in small towns on meth! If there needs to be a War on drugs That's it.

@@lucygoosie7726 no it sounds like she was just a little b**** & as a young teenager, I have been around those kind of girls way too much! Hunter was probably too good for her, perhaps he had already found another girlfriend, one who was decent and deserving who knows? Yeah I agree there's more to the story. She lost him and hooked up with a thug, more than likely they were on meth. Fries the brain - leaves holes. I realize I've left a lot of comments here, but I have lived a life and I have seen a lot of crap in fact I've seen too much at 62 years of age. I doubt I'm the only one.

In fact I lived in hillbilly land for a while as a teenager, and just because the best looking boy in a senior class asked this new freshman girl out, my life was threatened for 2 years! I finally had to move back to my hometown for a while. so that kind of s*** does happen and I did nothing, shy - introverted I wasn't even old enough to date this boy. If I was the reason for his breakup with his girlfriend, I had no knowledge of it... Just the new girl in town, and yes my life was threatened repeatedly! Phone calls all through the night, ruined my yearbook with vulgarity I had never seen in my entire life. So yes that type of behavior does exist in what we call "mean girls" - note, she stayed in the car after she talked her friends into getting involved! That's called the leader of the pack, so she has some kind of hold over them. This happened to me in the early - to mid-70s!

There was also a jumpseat in the cockpit that was sometimes used by other pilots who were traveling to work or home when there were no seats available in the cabin. The jumpseat was also used by management pilots who were required to observe working crews on a periodic basis. As the Captain, whenever that jumpseat was occupied by a pilot, I always doubled my guard because adding another person to the mix just seemed to change the nature of things. For some reason when any two people are together it almost creates a new third person and and when 3 people are together it creates a different person? too. I suppose that is why you hear about so many horrific crimes that are committed when 2 or more seemingly harmless people get together.
