Sheriff Judd I live in VA and I admire you and your professionalism. You keep the people of Polk County well informed and I’m so happy for them all. However, many of us do not have this in our state, town, or county. Many of our elected officials are more concerned with hiding the crimes or are involved in white collar crimes themselves. You sir are an exemplary leader and I pray that other leaders at the the state, town, or county levels take heed of the example that you have set, because sir you set the bar HIGH. Again thank you for leading the way to what every elected official should strive to be.

Thank you for your compassion. The problem with deadly drugs has been around through many presidents. I don't think any of them really cared enough to do anything. Ultimately, my son was an addict and he chose for himself. God knows if I could have saved him I would have. We must all fight this plague.

So far they haven't proven anything they have accused him of. I think his crime is not being part of the "politician's " club. I'm a Libertarian so I believe in very small government and the constitution. Those are my views and ideals. I don't need the government to take care of me beyond having a strong military, law enforcement, and decent roadways. I can take care of myself other than that.

I grew up in Polk County, I got to know the Sheriff in my rebellious teenage years! Im 53 now and happy to see him still on the job! What an outstanding asset to Polk County!

About 14 years ago, I was flying to California and security threw a brand new tube of toothpaste, it hadn’t even been opened yet, into the trash because it was over 3 oz. I can’t believe people can bring in suitcases full of drugs unless security at the airport is part of the crime.

He is a crook just like his officers are that get arrested constantly for violent crimes. He is so 2 faced about what he says in public, he is pro assault weapon when he is on stage with the NRA and then holds up a guns after an arrest complaining that criminals are able to buy weapons on the street so easy.
