Should have been in jail. He was a ticking time bomb. Looks like he flew under the radar. I just wonder where he gets the money to bail out n get lawyers. Waste of space. I'm disgusted by the woman who was with them. In her FB account she has children. Not sure why she was spending time with a hardened criminal. I hate that Damion didn't realize that he was in danger.
Of course I grew up around extended family members who were criminals so you learn to pick up on the vibe of these people. I hope the family members find out where the criminal system failed to keep Tony Wiggins in jail and sue them for the death of their sons. Tony Wiggins should have been in prison or dead.
This is what happens when someone who could've stood up to an intimidating bully "Tony" lets him get away with his bullshit for so long that he is released to commit other crimes. 200 arrests? Wtf Florida.

But his deep and personal love for his community is what really stands out. His compassion and grief for the victims' families and his activism in calling out the justice system for why this man was ever out of jail is amazing. It's absolutley the OPPOSITE of what a press conference by a law officer should look like. Jesus fucking Christ. Are you SERIOUS? This guy is ruining their case for them. It's called "poisoning the well" and it loses cases when judges hear this kind of shit. You can't call people "evil" and "thugs" and act like you've proven the case before it's even gone to trial. THere is a REASON law officers usually say "allegedly" and "we believe" when reporting these cases. These people are innocent until proven guilty, and if their lawyer can make the case that the jury was poisoned before they got their day in court. Also, you don't actually KNOW they did it. You know that HE is convinced they did it. Probably did, but YOU DON'T KNOW THAT. That's what TRIALS are for.

Right he has only been practicing this story for over a month now, right when he told Polk county residences to take the law into their own hands if the protesters, looters and rioters came to town this is all connected running right along the side of covid-19.

@@garretgodfrey168 looking at this all from a legal standpoint, this is NOT defending the guilty bastard that clearly did it. It's applying law and seeing how it will do wonders to get the killer off, or a greatly reduced sentence. Legally, this sheriff destroyed the prosecutions case. Why is the prosecutor not shutting this guy up? This is a complete miscarriage of justice, via the sheriff and his big mouth.
