Most of those people are in there for smoking weed, or other drug offenses. The only reason we call them criminals is because it was decided that people aren't allowed to put what they want in their own bodies. Up until 100 years ago, these people wouldn't have been criminals, because it wasn't a crime to smoke a plant if you wanted to. The war on drugs is the whole reason that people are resorting to smoking roach spray or dangerous unregulated Chinese chemicals in the first place. We made all the relatively safe things illegal, so they change the chemical composition to get around that and it becomes a whole new drug that lord only knows what it does to people. All because it was decided that people aren't capable of making informed choices with their own bodies. That's the real crime. People are dying and cartels are getting rich because of that.

@@parimabartender K2 aka spice is illegal is most states now so it is not more legal than tobacco. Also aerosols are not allowed in a correctional facility even outside of it’s canister. Also, it is illegal to give an inmate items that are not issued.

Most of those people are in there for smoking weed, or other drug offenses. The only reason we call them criminals is because it was decided that people aren't allowed to put what they want in their own bodies. Up until 100 years ago, these people wouldn't have been criminals, because it wasn't a crime to smoke a plant if you wanted to. The war on drugs is the whole reason that people are resorting to smoking roach spray or dangerous unregulated Chinese chemicals in the first place. We made all the relatively safe things illegal, so they change the chemical composition to get around that and it becomes a whole new drug that lord only knows what it does to people.
All because it was decided that people aren't capable of making informed choices with their own bodies. That's the real crime. People are dying and cartels are getting rich because of that.
