coconut cookies no flour

2 and 1/2 cups finely coconut flakes
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
3 eggs white
Beat eggs white until soft peaks form, then add vanilla and finely coconut flakes and mix well then
Use ice cream scoop to form remember to press firmly so that coconut flakes stick together
And bake 320F for 25 minutes
After 25 minutes take out and cookies may look light color
But after that color turn to golden
