If you are making a large batch, while in college, I use #10 ice cream scoop tp make the cooks. Be up to what scoopworks best for you. At the time I was in college it was JR size college. I took years baking and two years of kitchen management. Never work a day where I was paid. However, volunteer to lot of church groups, different men and women military Christians group. Always had good group of help cooking for large groups. My biggest was 900 men at Boot Camp for Christians for men.

in my country we do it without beating the whites to peaks and it works just fine :) so it can work if you don't have a mixer too! the substitute on-hand-ingredients here are sugar, coconut, vanilla and eggs! might be a little different but still very good ^^

Well, I made a few batches and the cookies lasted for at least a week! They get a bit softer and less crunchy but you can make them in advance and nothing bad happens to them 😊

Sugar is sugar no matter how you look at it..but try really good maple syrup And try putting a lid over your frypan on the stove turned down low..just keep a eye..it's not like there is S.R. flours the egg that's needs to be cooked..and flatten them out if need.and get some baking paper to go under them..I think you should be fine cheers

Yes, you can just make cookies without it. Make sure to let the shredded coconut absorb some condensed milk for some time and you can bake them :)
