Absolutely loved the quiet of your video with only the sounds of baking & mixing up the batter. So much nicer than the people who love to hear themselves talk "constantly" the whole time they are cooking or baking. & Thanks for actually posting the recipe in the description area with the measurements & ingredients listed along with the baking info, the only thing you need is to add the baking pan size. Plan on trying this, this weekend. Thanks lots......
Made it today and it was super DELICIOUS!! I substituted sugar with erythritol (just added 10 grams more) and heavy cream with coconut milk for desserts. Thank you so much!
@divinenarisa4311 Perhaps no flour because coconut is like a sponge absorbing liquid, naturally. I've not made the recipe yet because it's like 125 heat index today where I'm staying so don't use the oven (not even the stove top) even though my AC unit is new, it can't keep up with the demand when it's this hot outside. I plan to make this as soon as it cools down a bit outside though. .
I didn’t realize how soothing it can be to watch a quite video.. with just the sounds of mixing, whisking, & baking.. was so therapeutic to watch and the cake looks yum! I’ll certainly try. Thank u.
Thank you for making this truly flour-free. I get so weary of clicking on recipes that say "no flour" but they use cookies or some other food that has flour in it. I have to avoid white/wheat flour so this is absolutely wonderful and looks so good!
I have seen recipes saying "no flour", but the butter quantity was huge! It felt like saying why bother with no flour but use so much fat (it was something like 2 sticks for one cake!).
This is really delicious….I dropped 6 teaspoons of blackberry jam evenly across the top of the cake batter & swirled it gently through. A keeper recipe & so easy to adapt to whatever you fancy. Thank you for the lovely video.
Just bake this cake this morning and it’s delicious. I reduced the amount of sugar to 1/4 cup as I don’t like sweets . I used coconut brown sugar. After 15 minutes the cake start to brown so I covered with foil and continue baking. You should try baking this, If you love coconut, you will enjoy this .

This looks delicious. I notice on your video that there was an hour difference between the time you added salt and the baking powder. Did you allow the batter to rest before putting it in the pan and baking it? Why is the baking powder added last? Just curious. Thank you.
