I am so grateful to come across your channel! This is so helpful with my situation TTC and just found out I have a 4.27 TSH. I want to fix the root cause and stay away from meds, thank you so much for all the work you do! 💗
Oh my goodness I have been looking forward to this SO much! I’ve had TSH levels at 5 for a couple years and my PCP didn’t feel it needed treated. After 10 months of TTC, my midwife put me on 25mcg of Levothyroxine and I got pregnant the next cycle. During my 6 week visit my TSH was drawn again and was up at 6! I then miscarried 3 days later 💔 after seeing so many studies showing the increased MC rate for TSH above 2.5 I was pretty upset this was never mentioned to me. I requested a full panel and had great looking t3, T4 and no antibodies. So far they’ve just doubled my levothyroxine dose but I’m desperate to get things functioning properly to TTC again!
I had radiation for lymphoma in my upper chest about 10 years ago and was told this could damage my thyroid. Is there a way to tell if it is physical damage or adrenal/hormonal related?

I have Hashimoto’s disease. Thyroid disease is possibly one of the most confusing diseases. I have had to do the research myself as I didn’t get any direction from my doctor. I was given levothyroxine but with no direction on my diet, lifestyle etc. If anyone here is suffering from Hashimotos (I was diagnosed with slightly higher TSH and elevated antibodies) I’m learning that diet is so important in addition to levothyroxine. However I was under the impression that levothyroxine wasn’t needed if I treated it naturally but this isn’t the case. I stopped taking my levothyroxine and was insanely fatigued. So to sum up, levothyroxine + good diet (no sugary caffeinated drinks etc.) + stressing less is key to treating Hashimoto’s. Good luck!

Some people are poor converters of T4 to T3 so they should be offered the T3 hormone. A dose of little lower T4 (Levo) and a little T3. In UK hard to get because i believe NHS say expensive!!! 4.) ALSO, when having blood test best to go early morning and take your medication AFTER, otherwise you'll get incorrect reading. 5.) Vitamins should be checked yearly too because too low levels of D, B12, FERRITIN AND IRON will mean your Levo T4 will struggle to convert. Your levels have to be more than just within range. If blood tests show that someone's FSH and LH levels are too low, as well as borderline hypothyroidism, does that mean there is an issue with their anterior pituitary gland? How would you support this?
Hello! Thanks for the video. I have been trying to TTC for six months. I am being followed by an OB. I recently had TSH (0.5), FT4 (1.63), FT3 (3.7). I have gut issues so just started a gluten free/dairy free diet. Also, my temperature charts indicate that I do ovulate however my pre ovulation temps and 96.0-96.8 and post ovulation temps are 97.2-97.8. Do you think this could be due to an undiagnosed thyroid issue that should be treated by an endocrinologist?

I have a different question. If normal body temperature is 98.6 c then why most articles available on Internet displays bbt in follicular phase 97.0 to 97.7 or something like that
Scientists have actually been trying to figure out why the normal temperature range for humans has fallen in the last century. It's very interesting to look at but the 98.6F is somewhat outdated.
Hi Fleur!! Can you do a video on high prolactin with tumor and homeopathic/natural treatments? In the vitex video you mentioned it is not a good option with cases like these, wondering what are the next best options
I have a pituitary adenoma and I can attest that the only thing that works in reducing prolactine is pharmacotherapy. I tried vitex for a while before my diagnosis and it only messed up my cycles.
So my doctor did a thyroid blood test on me and it was at a level of 6.6. what can I do to bring my thyroid level down to a normal more manageable level?
It's an antibody, have a look at the article that I have written alongside this video. You can also check if you thyroid hormones are within the ideal ranges. A TSH of 12 shows that your body is trying to stimulate your thyroid and with your TPO at 76 it shows there is an auto immune reaction going on for you.

@@xxYanexx Not yet. Waiting to hear back from my doctor. Seven months ago she had me skip my 100 mcg Levothyroxine pill every other Sunday but my TSH still tested as 0.01 a week ago and it made no difference. Did you speak to your doctor?
My ths is 5.79 my t4 free is 1.2 and my t3 free is 3 my reg doctor said its all normal and wont affect anything. Both of my parents are on meds for there thyroid. Im always cold multiple miscarriages brain fog. And my periods are 4 days long but super painful for 2 days. With these number could they be a problem?
Your T3 AND T4 numbers are within the ideal range yes but you are bordering the lower threshold while you cab see your TSH is on the higher side suggesting your thyroid is working harder. Seeing your history and background I'd definitely think you are at risk and possibly already having subclinical hypothyroidism. The best I could suggest in your case is that you start charting and learn to recognize hypothyroidm chart symptoms with my chart interpretation course. That way you can either spot that it's already happening for you and in the very least recognize as soon as things are going down hill (more) for you. But yes, your case isn't something to take lightly but I suspect you were looking for confirmation and therefore asked this question. Here is my article with the numbers to check: ingefleur.com/thyroid-blood-tests/
@@FertilityHomeopath thank you so much for replying. This video was extremely interesting! Do you know of any relation between hypothyroidism and Morbus Meulengracht? I was diagnosed with both as a teenager and never took anything for it. I got pregnant at our first try with our first child. We've been trying for a second for 1+ years without luck. I had bloodwork done and TSH was at 2.8, my OBGYN said 1 would be better for fertility so I'm on meds and it's at 1.2 now. Still not pregnant though...
wow, interesting. mine is at 2.68 and i do not want to take meds. she was upset with me and said i should reconsider but i do not know i just tested again so lets see.
My TSH levels in 2018 were 1.6 mcIU/mL & they tested this year at 3.4 mcIU/mL. I am having difficulty conceiving. Could this be due in part to my thyroid? My FSH was 5.5 mIU/mL & LH 8.7 mIU/mL on day 5 of my cycle. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi! Thank you for your video. I just check mine a few months ago and it was 2.5 but it just to be at 1.5 and actually I felt better when it was lowered. So, now I think that that is the reason why I haven’t got pregnant, actually muy prolactin is at 63 (high) at this point I don’t know what to do.
That's definitely possible lovely that your TSH is best at 1.5. I think that your TSH levels might be too high for you though because of the higher prolactin as the gland that produces this is the anterior pituitary gland under influence of the dopamine from the hypothalamus. SO..... if it's the hypothalamus, you may be looking at having too high stress levels and you need to lower those! If it's the ant pit gland, it could be due to past use of contraceptives for example in which case detoxing those homeopathically (check the linked video) would help rebalance the ant pit. It is also possible that Vitex might actually help in your case, for that I recommend you first check out my video on the topic and the articles on my website. Either way, homeopathic tailored treatment could totally help you!
Hi, I would like to know something. My TSH, T3 and T4 are ok. TPO antibody is ok, TSH Antibody is ok . Thyreoglobulin is low and Thyreoglobulin Antibody is 200. You said at that stage we've to work on the thyroid. But how should I work on it? Because when TSH is ok docs don't prescribe medication
A "holistic practitioner" would ask for a full thyroid panel.. Wow.. really.. He won't even know what they mean, please people go visit an endocrinologist!
I like when you said no time for chit chat let’s get into it yes finally someone who actually get into the info and also provide the info in the simplest form ever thank you for that👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Trying my best not to get my hopes up on my last clomid cycle, I have woken last couple of days with tender boobs but other than that no symptoms.
Fertility?... a very sensitive word.
I have low thyroid but my t3 and t4 are fine what can do to get pregnant
I have Hashimoto's and I face an ectopic pregnancy, what does it mean ? Is it related?
Can you treat hypothyroidism and hypoadrenalism with homeopathy alone?
My TSH is 0.01 and normal t3, t4. What can that be ?
So am I. I was told to skip a 100 Levothyroxine pill every other Sunday. Seven months later I am still and 0.01!
@@anneraso5621 did they say what can be causing this?
I ended up seeing my ob to see what his thoughts were and he said that i should be on meds i told him my reg pcp would not prescribe anything and he sent me to a different doctor and i go in to have an us done of my thyroid tomrrow to make sure that is fine my new doctor will get me on meds..
I have been temping for awhile now but know that i can notice the changes in my temps can help. And yes i was looking for confirmation. And thank you so much
What do if i keep getting reactions to the thyroid medicine
May i ask what problem do i have since mt tsh is high, what prefer for my medicatiion
I have one thyroid so I have to be on meds it’s 1.23.
Thank you!
Are you ovulating? Your fsh is great but lh should be lower.
My doctor told me today that if your LH levels are higher than your FSH levels that means you are likely to have polycystic ovaries. Any updates?
NDT suppresses TSH for most people.
My last results were TSH 32, T4 .54
TSH 32? Are you sure?
@@veras7137 yep! It’s back to normal now, though! I have a thyroid in rapid decline
Thank you
My amh level is 0.61 pls how can you help me conceive
My AMH is .5. Hope you were able to get the outcome you wanted.
That tells us that the modern medicine is all but theories and rhetoric but doing nothing for the poor patients nothing at all unfortunately
@@FertilityHomeopath you are the best!!! Thank you so much 😊
Was your prolactin always high?
I Have 0.96 THS is it normal?
My TSH is 4.81 :(
Hi,
I would like to know something.
My TSH is 1 😊
Wow! And you feel good with it? That's great!
My is between 0.5 and 1.5
@@FertilityHomeopath doctors said to me that this level is great for fertility.
@@FertilityHomeopath shouldn’t I feel great?
What if your T4 is 0.8??
Good question? My free T4 is 0.9 and everything else is great, including antibodies. I'm guessing it's stress inhibiting natural T4 production???
@@tstikvoort4646 probably is stress.
What does mean tsh 0.3 very low and Anticardiolipin Ab,IgM,Qn high
A "holistic practitioner" would ask for a full thyroid panel.. Wow.. really.. He won't even know what they mean, please people go visit an endocrinologist!
