I wasn't feeling like myself lately being all stressed and under a lot of different medications... I decided to work out again following anna's workout and I've never been more grateful to be this sweaty again!!
I have been doing your workouts for a long time but for the first time I am doing your monthly plan. Today was the recovery day and I realised that I want to workout anyways. But I decided to stick to your program. I am feeling the progress not only in my body also with my mental health too. I am excited to do this workout tomorrow. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Anna❤️
Arya, great, that you kept your recovery day. I know it's hard, because ppl often feel guilty not working out every day! But keeping a restday doesn't mean to be lazy, it means to let your body taking time to come back stronger! I hope you'll enjoy the new energy today! whoop, whoop!
I love your hiit workouts. I usually do my own but I really enjoy mixing them up with yours. I always get a good sweat up and for sure feel my legs burning at the end! Thanks Anna :)

After my surgery I could only do standing workouts. You had so may good standing only options for me with and without weights so that I could stay fit during my recovery. I’m really grateful for that!!

Loved this workout, as I do all of Anna's workouts. I started with one of her 1 week challenges, then did Hiit it Hard 28 days, then went twice through Hiit it Harder. And now I am picking and choosing based on the format of her 28 day challenges with her workouts. I feel strong and look more toned and I am definitely able to do more than I was on day 1. I have been enjoying these All Standing workouts! I am regaining my strength postpartum and have to be careful rebuilding my abs. Standing exercises allow me to do this while still challenging my bigger muscle groups and cardio! Thank you, Ana!!
Started uni just under 2 months ago and I basically lost my workout routine :( Used to workout daily with you, now I don't even have access to my weights because I moved out, Trying to motivate myself to get back into working out now... I'm not as strong as before so it's quite hard but hopefully I'll somehow make my way back. Thank you for all these routines Anna! :)

So proud of myself 😄. I've gotten strong enough too last through most of the hard exercises. I didn't break until the very last exercise. Too many star jumps 🥵. I'm glad the 1st half didn't have too much jumping 🙃. My feet were able to last til the end.

Hey Anna, I've been doing your work outs from over a year now. I've seen myself GROW. Of course there have been phases where I've gained some weight, lost some muscles due to lots of traveling etc and I understand that fitness is always ongoing but I like to show up on my mat 4-5 days a week because of your workouts. Would you recommend we also add some cardio along with the monthly plan on certain days? Also, videos on getting the correct form would be lovely. Most importantly, thanks for consistently creating and posting smashing workouts. I owe my fitness journey in a huge way to you!
