    i chose this all standing workout because my wrists needed some rest but then found there were burpees 😢 maybe we have a different understanding of all standing 😅 nonetheless thank you Anna! have been following your workouts since pre 1M days and can’t be more grateful for all your videos!

    I really like it that you've been mixing up different time protocols lately, like 30w/10r, 20s/10r, etc. It makes sense because exercises are of different degrees of intensity. Thanks! I was in a really shitty mood earlier today, but now I feel much better))

    So back from a 2 week cruise and had put on 3kg despite doing the workouts. So went on healthy eating and the workouts and in 6 days I have lost the excess weight. So it really is true, if a 66 year old can lose 3 kg in a week with healthy eating and exercise...then anyone can! Great start to a Saturday despite the Monster Burpees!

    I absolutely loved this workout today it was just what I needed. I have been trying to get fit over the past two months and these workouts have been amazing at keeping me consistent. Thank you so much Anna for helping me on this journey. This one took me an hour to complete as I needed some extra breaks but I am so proud of myself for finishing it as I found it really hard. I hope one day I'll be able to complete this with no extra breaks!! ❤️

    i'm 56 and exercised pretty much every day since childhood. Recently a younger person told me that people my age repeat the same work out too often. I tried a few online HIIT workouts but they weren't challenging enough/too beginner level. Then I found growingannanas which was challenging and showed me muscles I've neglected. This is my go-to channel for keeping it fresh so I can maintain balance, speed and strength ( over-all fitness and mobility into old age).

    I loved this workout! It felt great to do and I’m nice and sweaty afterwards! I don’t think I’d consider it an All Standing workout though since you were on the ground for some of the moves, but it was still another great workout from you ❤

      yep, totally agree with you! was looking for an all standing workout because my wrists hurt, but didn't expect the burpees..did some hoola hoop during those minutes :)

    Started doing your workouts this month, wasn't consistent but my quads grew and fast,my hamstring popped out my abs also.
    From there on l Started being consistent and l have 6 different hhit so l don't get bored from doing the same workouts and Wow l now enjoy cardio 💪 😉 👍 😀 thanks ANNA 😊

    I'm not trying to sound ungrateful or like a hater, just providing a constructive feedback: for being a full body workout, my arms felt a bit neglected today. But my legs and heart rate were on fire! I loved this routine please don't get me wrong! But maybe the title was a bit misleading? Which I get. RUclips is hard! I'll definitely come back to this especially during my vacation, as it can be done everywhere ❤️‍🔥

      My issue is it says “all standing.” I keep trying to find workouts without burpees because they kill my discs.

      @@dawnkeckley7502 I'm so sorry about that! Maybe you can modify burpees with some skaters or any challenging cardio move of choice? I once watched a video by Justina Ercole suggesting alternatives to burpees 💖

      You can always add weight to arm movements. Her workouts are free! So many other people charge for their workouts.
