    I can’t believe I did all this! To be honest I started crying afterwards 😂 because I was so proud that I had completed it and YOU got me there Anna you pushed me to limits I didn’t know I could achieve 💕

    I love non-stop workouts because I feel that all the training from your previous workouts have paid off. Usually I think a 10 second break is short, but being able to complete a workout with no breaks makes me feel unstoppable! Thank you Anna for helping me become my strongest self!

    I'm not lying when I say that there were drops of sweat on my EYELASHES during this workout 🥵 OMG, this was an AMAZING cardio! Enjoyed it from minute 1 to the last move!

    Hey, great video!! I absolutely love your content. I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of my stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with NextLevelDiet two months ago, and it has been working great for me. I just feel the need to boost it up a little more with your workouts.

    I did it all again! 💪 even through the leg soreness from yesterday's leg workout, I pushed through all the squats and lunges. Even my feet were getting numb from all the jumps, but I kept going!

    Hi Anna!! I absolutely love all of your workouts. I literally do them everyday. I usually do 2 of your 30 min HIIT and I love how hardcore they are!! I was wondering if you could make more 60 minute HIIT? The two you have I do all the time and would love more!!! I am such a huge fan and I really appreciate how real you are.     Super. This one was absolutely super...in every way. I immediately finished this and wanted a longer version because it's THAT good. My word, what a workout.     I rested every 3 exercises or so for about 20 seconds and it was still incredibly hard. My heart feels like its gonna jump out of my chest ❤

    Tough but great workout. I started following you a couple of months ago and I was struggling with Asthma after Covid and I am really grateful for your workouts . I am not using asthma medication anymore. I was struggling to keep up to your workouts but I persisted and today I do them without struggling with my breathing. Keep up the good work dear. I am one of those that you have assisted. I don’t have asthma anymore 🥰

    hey Anna, how are u? i really love all your workout!! I have been training with your videos for 2 years, I think I've done almost all of them, although I repeat my favorites haha. I think my resistance has been increasing so much, but for the same reason I no longer get exhausted like before.       No if you are on your period and felt tired don't exercise It's not mandatory.
