Ellicott city has a lot of history of floods and always came back strong. Will there be more floods in the future , probably but Ellicott city will always come back 🌄
Looks the same to me.....real estate developers in the upper hills destroying the natural watershed environment thus increasing water flow when it rains like this......its hard to imagine anyone wanting to put a business here....at least not one that has valuable inventory....I'm sure no insurance company would cover these businesses ...

I was in a tea shop stuck for hours our car wrecked it went up 2 and a half floors and we stayed on the top trying not to drown in a building
