If anybody wants me to keep update, please tell me I will try this and update ( yes I actually will 😂 ) I am naturally very skinny, but I want to tone my legs so that they don‘t get jiggly everytime I walk. My thigh gap is around 2 fingers, 38.7kg Day 1: it was very relaxing but I just found it hard to balance especially 3 Day 2: I did it in the morning today, I will do again in the afternoon. I kind of feel that it is easier compared to yesterday. In the evening it got so easy to fall asleep!😊 Day 3: I have period cramps today but I noticed that my tight fitting leggings are not that tight anymore! I only did one time bc mY pErIoD iS nOt GoNnA sToP mE fRoM aNyThInG yah so byebye see you tomorrow babes Day 4: my legs seem to be more toned. I went on a date with couple of friends. I already ate so much so I shared dessert with my friend wo is also doing this challenge. I ate a protein bar 😃. Also my friends asked me if I lost weight and I was like no I do this workout, so now us 8 people are all doing this workout Day 5: okok wait what hold on to ur dear legs. I am shredded friends!
