    Baby language
    1. Side kick series (back n front, up n down, circle, inside leg lift) 30 sec each leg
    2. Beat or clapping your feet palm 30 sec
    3. Leg frog 30 sec
    4. Bicycle upward and backward 30 sec each
    5. Lying leg split pluse or sciccors 30 sec
    6. Big circle and frog combine 30 sec
    7. Back leg lift 30 sec

    Im gonna try,and ACTUALLY update
    Today im starting,just i have to measure and finish,ill be doing it for 7 days hopefully,if i dont do it each day,im doing it twice next one!
    Left tigh: 47 Right tigh: 46

    -Just finished day1:✅
    MY LEGS ARE BURNING!I suggest yall to do streching before couse it helps you prepare,im soo gonna have sore legs tomorrow😭
    Measurement after: -0.5 cm on each leg+my inner tighs look more toned, before they looked bulky,so thats good!
    -Finished day 2: ✅I struggled to do it,my legs were SO SORE,but I did some stretching and it wasn't as bad as yesterday
    Measurement:still the same,but i reel more confident and my tighs look better!
    -Finished Day 3:✅
    My legs were AGAIN sore,but i guess its normal 😔
    Measurement:still same😢
    Again i think im seeing some progress and my legs look more of toned then fat/bllulky,hope i see more change for next few days!Today i did it twice✅

    I did this and 2 more strech/exercise vids,and all were really easy,im getting used to it!

    Day 2 I had a cramp just once today and I did it today too✌️
    Day 3 I'll do it 🫶🏻
    Day 4 Earlier, yes, I used to face problems in exercising 😢 but now they do not come but today 😶I am feeling like that, that is why it was very difficult for me to do it, but now I am doing it again.😮‍💨

    Gonna do it regularly for 2 weeks sometimes twice otherwise once
    Thigh =20.5 inch
    Day 1 done once little difficult 19.8 after this
    Day 2 skipped bcz I'm sick🤧😷
    Day 3 done once legs are so sore 19.5 after that.
    The result I completed for two weeks I didn't wrote but I completed my thighs are now 15 inches I am so happy for that this workout will help us to lose thigh fat only did this one time in a day also took two rest days.

    не буду есть сладкое, мучное и жаренное
    1 день: сделала 3 раза, не очень болят ноги, мне нравится

    I will try this and update ( yes I actually will 😂 )
    I am naturally very skinny, but I want to tone my legs so that they don‘t get jiggly everytime I walk. My thigh gap is around 2 fingers, 38.7kg
    Day 1: it was very relaxing but I just found it hard to balance especially 3
    Day 2: I did it in the morning today, I will do again in the afternoon. I kind of feel that it is easier compared to yesterday. In the evening it got so easy to fall asleep!😊
    Day 3: I have period cramps today but I noticed that my tight fitting leggings are not that tight anymore! I only did one time bc mY pErIoD iS nOt GoNnA sToP mE fRoM aNyThInG yah so byebye see you tomorrow babes
    Day 4: my legs seem to be more toned. I went on a date with couple of friends. I already ate so much so I shared dessert with my friend wo is also doing this challenge. I ate a protein bar 😃. Also my friends asked me if I lost weight and I was like no I do this workout, so now us 8 people are all doing this workout
    Day 5: okok wait what hold on to ur dear legs. I am shredded friends! My leggings are actually not tight anymore. I am 37.4kg wtf
    Day 6: I did three times. Felt the buuuurn
    Day 7: I forgot to update bc I was really busy.
    Day 8: it works. My thigh gap got 1 cm bigger for my skinny girls that are already fit and want to get toned: it works!

    tenho feito esse exercício desde abril, acho, e foi o único que realmente deu resultados. eu sinto que as minhas coxas afinaram um pouco e ficaram torneadas (logo acima do joelho), ainda não consegui perder os culotes ou a gordura interna, mas minha alimentação segue sendo extremamente calórica. acredito que com uma boa dieta e caminhada, por exemplo, os resultados apareçam mais rapidamente.

      Day 3 way easier (difference)
      Day 4 and 5 much easier
      Day 6 and 7 way easier than before

    Calves L&R: 15 cm
    Day1:✅ I feel the burn
    Day 2 : ❎ look at me its just day2 and I haven't done it
    Day3: ✅ yup no changes
    Day 4: ✅ omg -1cm in my calves now my calves are 14 cm!!! But no changes in my thighs

    So basically my height is 176 cm and I have a thick thigh so after reading the comments i started doing it i will do it for 2 week and say the results my left tighs are 23.5 and right 23 and calves left one 15 and right one 15.5
    Day 1: ✅ okay felt tired but saw working my leg was burning
    And don't forget i will be updating every day ☺️ every one try hard u can do it ... don't hate the life you are born into.....
