These are go tips! I used to do competitive dancing and I had good muscle memory and dance teamwork but since I haven’t trained in awhile I want to learn again. Ik this videos mostly aimed for Kpop fans but these rules kinda apply to competitive dance too :) but I love Kpop and I want to learn the dances
I also love when you said they need to use expressions because using expressions the right way will tell the story of the song which will give off a good performance and it engages with the audience. Ummm as I see you said you need energy so you should maintain a healthy lifestyle because If you want to get energy, you should not only do exercise or dance, you should drink more water, you should sleep for 7 hours, if you want to know more, you can search on Google.

I’d say the most important thing would be to not limit yourself, don’t restrain your moves, feel them entirely , feel the song. I’d recommend working harder on your cardio too so you don’t get tired too easily and perhaps your balance aswell since if you want to use ur own energy as you’d wish you have to be able to have a full control over your body

@zoeylaza8497 um it took me abt 1 and Hf year to improve. So I also take yoga classes and yoga just makes u more flexible. Cuz of yoga I'm very flexible. And I started with some easy blaclink choreography and then with Lisa lili film dances and now I'm able to learn easily any type of dance.

Yeah, of course! For dance, the language of your song doesn't really matter. The judges would probably only prefer that you sing in your first language if you are auditioning for vocals. Just make sure that your song suits your style and the context is appropriate. (Nothing too much that just makes the judges uncomfortable). If English isn't your first language, make sure you understand the meaning of the song before you start, but of course this is optional.

i just leard the Seven dance from JK and first i watched the 'normal' version (the fast one) but then i saw a girl on yt and she had the slow motion also and a viedeo where she explains the moves first at first my body was hurting because of a few steps but the i practiced the dance pretty much and when the seven song starts playing i just dance and now i can dance it without i see any kpop idols dancing that and btw i have this muscle memory
