I made this wonderful recipe in April 2024, without the Chia seeds as I didn’t have any. I also opted to leave the sugar alternative out and the result was really delicious 👍🏽thank you so much @Heavenlyfan I will be making some more today 👍🏽

I finally made it today and it was delicious. I didn't feel like using coconut oil so I added the same amount of almond butter instead. And I used some soy flakes for added protein.

If you just want a bit of chocolate you can mix in chopped chocolate whilst the granola is warm from the oven. Or you can add cocoa nibs to the mix before cooking.

Hi Fan, Ive been making my own almond milk lately and I've accumulated quite a bit of almond pulp, which I didn't want to throw away. I was thinking if it's possible to substitute almond flour with almond pulp in this recipe..
I tried this today, I think with a couple baking tweaks it will be great. I stirred my granola after 12 minutes and it had already started to burn on the bottom. Anyone find a solution to this or have that experience?
Lovely but switch to pure stevia liquid as the powdered one has erythritol as you mentioned and it’s been recently discovered to cause blood clots in many research studies. ❤
Almonds often contain larvae and plenty sunflower seeds turn moldy. Best way for chocolate is buying organic cocoa beans. Erythrytol is also questionable since it's alcohol sugar which is made of questionable ingredients. Also propyleneglycol in vanilla aroma is made of oil(oil from ground which is made into gasoline). All these plant based ingredients are probably full of bugs.

I often make my granola with coconut flour but I have lots of almond flour I need to use up and will try that! This looks amazing.

I think it will work quite well. Almond flour is essential defatted (full or partially) ground almonds. What a great way to use the pulp x

What does the flour do for this?
Do you have a low carb number you shoot for each day ( keto) ? I'm finding it hard to get into ketosis with have much more than 20 carbs a day. Help 😂
What kind of dark chocolate is that?
It's a 74% dark chocolate from Montezumas. They also do 100% sugar free ones but I prefer to nibble on 74%. It has a few more carbs but very tasty.
