I love Bissute
Bisscute, I like it when you dance to the videos. It’s very cool.
Your reactions are such fun! You always make me smile. Thanks for that! 😊
Thank you for this reaction i can't watch this video without crying and i love when younger people watch a band like bon jovi who was so big and critical to my generation it just warms hy heart when i see younger people watching i know people in my age bracket 45-55 i dont want the next generations to totally forget we ever existed thank you for this
Cute.
Richie Sambora, lead guitarist & back up singer made this band go. Incredibly under rated guitar player.
All the girls in high school were either Team Jon or Team Richie.
"Slippery when wet" was one of the best albums of the 1980s. Every song was a banger.
Hopefully more in the future ❤
Even the songs that didn't make it into the album were bangers, such as "Edge of a Broken Heart" & "Borderline".
Ritchie Sambora is who sang the line you loved on back up vocals. Super talented musician as well. Their whole band is legendary talent. 40 years together no changes in the line up at all
I am afraid that is slightlyx wrong because sambora left the band a couple years ago. Since then many say Bon Jove have not seen their best days which is kind of understandable given the fact that sambora was impressive at guitars and singing. Not many have his touch
Alec John Such the original bassist was fired in the early '90s. Sambora left in the 2000s.
@@motley22crue . Alec was never an actual band member (never played on any of their recordings), he was purely a hired "touring member" for live shows, AFAIK.
Great point! That is so rare.
@@phillipevans9414 Alec was actually a founding member and played on the first 2 albums. The 3 albums after that and before he left the band, Hugh McDonald was the studio player.
If you want to truly see the talent of a prime Jon and Ritchie you need to do the MTV acoustic version.
oh, is that so? ❤
@@BisscuteReacts ya, do it!
1989 mtv
@@BisscuteReacts The acoustic version of this song on MTV is absolutely one of the most iconic moments in time for Bon Jovi
Yes! Absolutely!
"I'll be there for You" is my favorite "Bon Jovi" song. His voice sounds great on it, and Richie Sambora's backing vocals are great too.
Noted ❤
That was the theme song for my senior prom, back in '89.
Backing vocals on I’ll Be There for You by Ritchie are amazing
@@BisscuteReacts you must do blaze of glory
I think Richie does it even better than Jon. His live Madison Square Garden 2009 performance is just amazing.
When you bite your lip looking at Jon.... that says a little more than ``handsome``, lol.
Was on top of the 80ts..richy is lead guitar. They are from new jersey. Jon Ben married since the beginning of the world and has 3 restaurants that if you can't pay you can work or not if you can pay more it helps with those who can't..he is a great guy
dang girl... your reaction is PERFECT.. and you're reacting like I would too!!! The guys in this group are GORGEOUS!! and you understood exactly the message they were sending. the "who is he.." guy is Richie Sambora--- he's GORGEOUS TOO!!!
At the risk of sounding creepy, Bisscute looks beautiful in that top.
"Will you please rise for the playing of OUR national anthem"...Jon Bon Jovi Awesome band and fantastic song. Love this song live. Your smile throughout video reaction is infectious! Thanks for another fantastic reaction and great comments.
Still one of my favourite Bon Jovi songs alongside Dry County and Keep The Faith
Dry County is a very good tune, Living in Sin and Blood on Blood are also top tunes
Im glad, hope you enjoy the reaction ❤
Dry County, Blood On Blood, Stick To Your Guns. All 3 are excellent.
Everyone was so on point and to have Jason Bonham the son of Led Zeppelin's late great John Bonham who is like all the all the guys in the band son is just amazing. Ann and Nancy were just amazing and everyone one else on the stage as well. Loved your reaction you really seem to understand when songs have special meaning. You're a special young lady. Oh great and honest reaction. ❤
For people of my generation you cannot hear the song without thinking of the movie Young Guns
It wasn't in Young Guns. That was Blaze of Glory
Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (1991) used it amongst many others.
Jon Bon Jovi (lead vocals) of Bon Jovi was a fan of Cowboy/ Western movies, hence the song 'Wanted dead or alive' (He's from New Jersey, the East Coast 😂) and his first solo album was 'Blaze of Glory' (1990) which was the soundtrack for the Cowboy movie "Young Guns II".
This song was the 3rd single off Bon Jovi's 3rd album 'Slippery when wet' (1986) which became their biggest commercial hit globally and sold 7 million copies in the US alone, making Jon Bon Jovi a celebrity and 'pretty boy' rock star.
*And now their biggest commercial hit globally is "It's My Life"...* 🔥🎵🎸🎵🔥
Wanted Dead or Alive was actually about being wanted dead or alive by the crowd.. How he felt about touring
Santa Fe is the best song on the Blaze album. Best song he has ever written. He has always been my favorite artist and Santa Fe is on another level. Epic song.
I believe he grew up in Seyerville. Lived in Rumson for a while. Now he has a "compound" in Middletown. All in New Jersey.
I'm a Carpenter from Middletown who was working on. A huge house 2 doors down from his new house ( 46,000 sq' I believe it is) while they were building his place. We got word in November that John wanted to move in by New Years. He offered his builders $100,000 for the boss and the same to split among the workers if they could get it done by the holidays.
I was at his studio at what they call his compound a few times with his long time engineer Obie . Fantastic studio. Obie is a cool guy and he spoke very highly of John.
Couple of random thoughts.
1. When it comes to Bon Jovi and their music, you can definitely see their music mature over time.
2. My introduction to Bon Jovi, way back in the day, was the song "Runaway". Definitely worth checking out in the future.
3. If you want to go down the road of bands that sing about their lives, check out "Limelight" by Rush. While most of their music has some pretty amazing lyrics, this one has the gem that is "I can't pretend a stranger is a long-awaited friend."
Hard to beat Rush on lyrics. IMO, Neil never got enough credit for his poetry.
5:50
I’ve been everywhere, still I’m standing tall. I’ve seen a million faces and I’ve rocked them all.” might be one of the greatest lyrics in all of rock and roll.
totally agree
Awe Miss Bisscute, I started watching your reactions just because I LOVE hearing the way you pronounce your “RRRRRRRERRRR’s”! You have a beautiful accent. And there’s not much I can add to all the comments about Bon Jovi. You could pick up a dart and throw it at an album an still hit a AWESOME BON JOVI SONG!!!💙🙏☀️
John is very kind and can be approached. He is also above average in his charity work.
Oh, thats amazing ❤
Bon Jovi "Blaze of glory" and "Keep the Faith" please! And do acoustic live version of this song "Wanted dead or alive" from 1989 or from the '90 please because this is gold!
Someday maybe ❤
I'm a little bit of an introvert. I can't stand the idea of working indoors, in an office, listening to people talking and telephones ringing. I don't like computers except for entertainment like RUclips. I used to work on airplanes (in the Army and civilian) but the strange physical positions I'd find myself in were not good for my body, and the constant 'monitoring' by my boss was annoying. Through my Army Natl' Guard Transportation unit, I discovered a love for 'the road' and switched careers to become a truck driver. The pay was actually better, I was alone all day, with ever changing and interesting scenery, and nobody looking over my shoulder. Just me and my stereo, cruising. 'I'M A COWBOY....ON A STEEL HORSE, I RIDE.'
Love watching *your* reactions to everything! You're a very expressive person. 👍 ;)) ❤
The former bass player of Bon Jovi in this video passed away this year Rest In Peace
Great content as always. Thank you. Your smile is so stunning.
Richie Sambora is the killer guitarist and awesome backup vocals. He did some solo stuff not so popular but still good.
Richie, not Ritchie... excuse me but this is a common and annoying error
@@andreabindolini7452 There's a lot of misspelled words on the interwebs, you should look around. But I fixed it for you.
It's pretty funny to see the keyboard player coming off stage looking exhausted. I'm sure pressing those keys must be back breaking.
That fan banner (we'd die for you Jon) that made you sigh - "I'd die for you" is another amazing song on the same album and was also - naturally - a great hit in 1986. The banner is in relation to it, not just a declaration out of nowhere (the hardcore fans may have felt it before, but didn't really express it that way 😘). I honestly think it's definitely one of the "must-know" Bon Jovi songs. It was that album (Slippery when wet) that catapulted the band into international (mega)stardom.
I'm glad you notice the quality of lyrics in this song. Jon Bon Jovi is a topmost lyricist in rock, amazing song writer. To me - in this aspect - he's second only to Alice Cooper. There are many rock musicians who happen to write good lyrics now and then, and some bands have A song with great lyrics, but very few are so consistent as the 2 guys I mentioned. Metallica has good to great lyrics most of the time but JBJ and AC write in full sentences keeping their rhythms and rhymes, while Metallica uses powerful phrases, sometimes just nouns. Good, but not close enough.:)
And *this* is Richie Sambora guitarist, co-composer, and backup singer for many years in the band. Has a few solo projects. One of the best rock guitarists, hugely underrated, and a pretty good singer. All of his solos are very good,v some are pure gold masterpieces - impeccable technique with a rare sensitivity and understanding of music. Many BJ songs are worth listening over and over again just for the solos (like: Dry county, Damned, I'll be there for you, Blood on blood, Homebound train, I'd die for you, my guitar lies bleeding in my arms, Hey god). If you can't tell - I'm a fan.😄
Bon Jovi was my first rock concert ever. And this song was always my favorite song of them. And one of my favorites in general besides "Paradise City" from Guns n Roses. So you already reacted to two of my three favorite songs of all time.
The "We'd die for you, Jon"-sign refers to the song "I'd die for you" which was on the same album as "Wanted".
Got it ❤
The band is great. Richie Sambora is one great guitarist and songwriter that does not get mentioned enough.😊😊
Glad you got some Bon Jovi music in your life now. I like how this song was on a episode of MIAMI VICE, Season 3 "El Viejo"
Definitely check out his solo hit "Blaze Of Glory" from the YOUNG GUNS 2 soundtrack 👌🎵🎶🎵🎶
First rock concert i went to was Bon Jovi on their Slippery when Wet tour with Cinderella opening back in 86, they put on one hell of a show, and this is one of their best songs, especially live, great reaction Biss
No mistake about it, some of the female fans would have died for Jon back then (probably not the rest of the band), but they were referencing the Bon Jovi song I'd Die For You on the same album. Eventually, you'll just have to react to every song on Slippery When Wet because it's a classic.
Haha, Hopefully more in the future ❤
she is almost "slipping" of the chair
You said it all with your facial expressions ❤️
I had just graduated high school when this song came out. A couple of years later, my mother was lucky enough to get us tickets to "Young Guns" from the radio station she worked at. So long ago. 😬😬😬😲 I feel so old...
If you like this song and want to check out more songs, check out "Runaway", "I'd die for you", "Born to be my baby" and "Its my life"! You have so much to look forward to, missis! :)
Noted ty ❤
@@BisscuteReacts . Especially need to do "Runaway" - this is a song John wrote on his own, and recorded in demo form, which got him signed to a record label, and subsequently, to put together the rest of the band. Great to "see where it all started" for these iconic and long lived artists. Always enjoy your reactions. Cheers, from an old rocker.
"In These Arms" is a powerful ballad that you must listen. Perfect lyrics, so much emotion...I think you'll love it!
Greetings from Brazil!
One of my favorite bands of all time. I’ve seen them 5 times in concert. I even got to high five the lead singer
Jon at one of the shows. Really looking forward to this reaction.
Livin'on a Prayer
In These Arms
I'll be there for You
React these Bon Jovi songs thanks......Love and Rockin' from the Philippines ❤🤘🏻🇵🇭
Ill keep those in mind ❤
Thanks keep rockin' Ma'am 😱😍❤🔥🤘🏻
My mom was a massive Bon Jovi fan. Between being a child of the 80s and seeing him on MTV and hearing him on the radio and my mom playing his albums on repeat on the family boom box in our kitchen during breakfast, I can't help but know every Bon Jovi song from this era.
My mom was such a massive fan that when she heard he was coming to town in 1993 and she couldn't get a babysitter she took me and my brother with her to the show. I was 12 and brother was 10. It was... educational to say the least. My brother and I still joke to this day that our memories of the show are our mom with her hands over our eyes from women going so crazy their shirts would just magically vanish into thin air never to be seen again.
Women in particular back then just went absolutely insane over him to a degree that can't be compared to anything today. Like most shows security is between the band and the audience in case someone wants to do something stupid. For Bon Jovi it was more to protect him from wild women trying to F his brains out on stage.
So, yeah, in many ways crowds were way more nuts back then for better or worse.
Great Reaction as usual. "I'll be there for you" also "Born to be my Baby" are great songs too. You would love them 🔥📌
Thank you so much, ill keep those in mind ❤
Seen them live sang this song, awesome awesome concert yeah 👍😆🤘🎸🎸🎸🥁🎤🔥🔥
I gotta give Jon credit for having that grit to his vocal delivery- he put real passion in his voice. Meanwhile, you are just rolling your R’s all over the place and looking lovely while doing it. Another great reaction.
Thank youu, glad you liked it ❤
Bon Jovi are from New Jersey & had a great run as band when they started. Later they split for awhile for about 10+ yrs and reunited in the 2000's. I remember being amazed watching their new music video at the time for "It's My Life" 👌🎶🎵🎶🎵
Dry County is a masterpiece. I also love Right Side Of Wrong, Just Older, These Days
The 'We'd die for you' sign was because on this album was a song called 'I'd die for you'.
I see ❤
"We'd die for u" is a play on his lyrics. That makes the fans a little less crazy than what it may initially seem.
The banner "We'd Die for U Jon" is a play on the song "I'd for You" by Bon Jovi. It's probably not meant to mean that they'd really die for the band. :)
I was never much of a Bon Jovi fan, but I loved this one...the guitars are awesome
It is great ❤
This song has been the theme song for the TV show deadliest catch since the beginning and that shows been on at least 12 years
The thing that made this song special for me was always the guitar.
The flow is just so nice and carries the whole song.
Right? ❤
I saw Bon Jovi live in 1995, it was such an awesome concert!
I bet it was ❤
Bon Jovi is probably the most talented band of our time. They are so versatile and diverse. Richey sambora is lead guitarist and back up vocals. They did an album called " this left fills Right" and they took all of their hits and gave it a new sound and the songs took on a different meaning. The song always was a love song but when they re-recorded it it gave tje true meaning and ir was about a crazy guy that was stockings this girl.
They are something right? ❤
Quite possibly, the best rock video ever made. Phenomenal song, phenomenal footage...perfect
Guns and Roses say: Wait hold my beer!
Richie's Background Vocals their Voices Blended soo Well....
Great!!!
I had an MTV mixtape in the 80's that had this song on it, I broke the tape listening to it lol. I loved this song when I was a kid, he made a bunch of great songs.
This was one of the best concert ever so much fun but kiss live is a life experience
Hi biss, touring/performing is very demanding, hence the they want us on stage "dead or alive"(tired or not), a new jersey band , i think they toured till about 5-6 years ago, saw them twice top notch shows 👍
I've been around musicians all my life. I lived in Hollywood. Saw VanHalen. Guns and roses. The crue..and spoke with motley crew. The 80s was an amazing time to be alive and young...cowboy john norco California horse Town USA 🇺🇸
I bet, sounds amazing ❤
The fact you know this song is amazing not to mention you played it so well .Well done
Guitarist second vocalist is Richie sambora they are still performing n there from new jersey
React to their song "Bed of Roses" & "Always"..❤
Noted ❤
Saw them in 88. This song was in the encore. It had a longer lead in played by Richie Sambora(he sing harmony). Great show. Skid Row opened for them.
Another beauriful reaction from you Bisscute. I love your reactions.
Thank you so much ❤
As someone who basically grew up in New Jersey, from 1967 on, I never got into Bon Jovi back in the day. Only later on in life.
In the late seventies/early eighties I used to hang out in Asbury Park, NJ one if the places Jon played. I hung out at the Stone Pony where Springsteen and Southside Johnny played, Jon played down the street at a club called the Fast Lane.
His fans were typically a few years younger than the people I hung out with and most came from Northern New Jersey.
Come to enjoy his stuff later.
Others may be more popular, but this one and Blaze of Glory are my fav Bon Jovi songs 😛
I’ve watched you react to this three or four times now. I lived this back in the 80’s! You need to check out “I’ll Be There For You” and “Always”! Those are both like “Bed or Roses”.
Ritchie Sambora, the guitarist and back up singer, has his own solo albums as well. It is mostly blues and he is an excellent singer in his own right. Almost everything on his first album, Stranger In This Town, is worth a listen.
Stranger in This Town was a great album
Fun reaction. Your accent is so cute! I remember being a teenager when Bon Jovi first was big and they were SO much fun to listen to!. Def Leppard, Metallica, Bon Jovi, I miss good old hard rock, lol.
I’m old, so this Bon Jovi era is the one I know…those songs you’re familiar with aren’t the most popular to me.
❤ don’t stop making music
of all the reviews of bon jovi, you're all the only one who can say about the lyrics so indepth... thus, for now, i am your avid subscriber... more reviews to come.. love yah😘😘😘
This kinda started the phase known as "Cowboy rock" and NGL it was pretty awesome
His back-up vocalist/lead guitar player is Richie Sambora. (also helped write some of their songs) 😀
Oh sweet girl. They broke many teen hearts in the 80s90s lol. Dear Lord they are beautiful.
OIH MY GODNESS !! BON JOVI is a LEGEND !!! Bisscute, Just go bon jovi's best's prizes. and drop your jaw. Loved absolutely loved your reaction to this great song .
Thank you so much, more in the future hopefully ❤
You should do "Blaze of Glory", which technically isn't a Bon Jovi song. It's a solo song Jon Bon Jovi did for the soundtrack of the movie "Young Guns 2". It was when he was trying to start getting into acting too, which he did end up doing a little of, and he's also actually in the movie, but it's so quick that you wouldn't even recognize him if you weren't looking for it. I loved those movies as a kid though, and it was a great song that is actually kind of similar to this.
Someday hopefully ❤
@@BisscuteReacts you don't have to hope, my dear. You have the ability to choose to do it! It's all up to you! You can do it! I believe in you!
Richie Sambora, the guitarist, did some solo albums, which I really like. On them he is not just the axe-man, but also does the singing. To be honest; He has a great voice. The first album on his own has the name "Stranger in this town" and is worth listening to once or twice.
Oh I see, thanks ❤️
there from new jersey they still play living on a prayer a good one born to be my baby bad medicine
I was born in the early 80s, so I grew up listening to Bon Jovi, and for coming out during the glam rock era, I have to admit they knew how to write some songs. They could put out rocking bangers, and some of the best ballads ever. The second singer and lead guitarist is Richie Sambora, who is no longer in the band. Great other ones include Hey God, You Give Love a Bad Name, Bad Medicine, Lay Your Hands on Me, Never Say Goodbye, Living in Sin, Always, Bed of Roses, This Ain't a Love Song, and Something for the Pain
Another band I saw live. This time at Wemberly Arena. The atmosphere was ELECTRIC. It was like licking a 9 volt battery. No joke. Even as large as th place was, the buzz was palpable.
Bon jovi are from New Jersey, the lead guitarist/ backing vocals is Richie Sambora .... an amazing band I've seen many times
Thank You,miss Madalina,You just bring me back to highscool party, this was one of last songs when You have a last chance to hug and danc with your simphaty before You go home..:))
My pleasure ❤
Great Reaction, my favorite Love-Song from Bon Jovi is Bed of Roses, i mean this song is a special kind.🤘
Thank you ❤
Richie Sambora is guitarist and back-up vocals .tico on drums 😊
Bon Jovi are still making music. Songs to check out from Bon Jovi. Bad Medicine,Lay your hands on me,I'd die for you,You give love a bad name,in these arms,I'll sleep when I'm dead, have a nice day, everyday, bounce,We don't run,Blame it on the love of rock and roll,In and out of love.

"Steel horse" is a slang term for motorcycle.
Great reaction young lady. The first concert I attended was in Rochester, NY 1984. Bon Jovi opened for the Scorpions. Great concert.

Second vocalist is Richie Sambora. Try Keep the Faith, a favourite of mine
Ritchie is like back up vocal and yeah the prime Bon Jovi with Ritchie was best
Back in the days of the ROCK ARENA GODS!
Bon Jovi is a rabbit hole you should explore. So many different styles and eras but many many excellent songs. It's like a different band in '80s, '90s and '00s and beyond. You would probably enjoy the 90s stuff. Keep the Faith and These Days albums.. songs like Dry County, Always, My Guitar Lies Bleeding and Keep the Faith. Thumbs up for more Bon Jovi.
Hopefully more Bon Jovi in the future ❤

Richie Sambora is the back up singer and lead Guitar they are from New Jersy and are still making music
One of my favourite bonjovi tracks (runaway being my favourite) and one of my favourite films. Young guns
Two other great songs in a similar vein, one written about being on the road (Turn the page by Bob Seger) and the other written while on the road is (Nothing Else Matters by Metallica)
One of Bonjovis best songs without doubt
I always love your different outfits!
Those guys gave it all for rhe fans. It must have been gruelling at times being on the road but they obviously loved it. One of the greatest bands in the history of rock.
