Well I managed to screw this up as well. Acche se paka lo ke chakkar mein and also bcoz I don’t like raw garlic flavour, I think I might have burnt the garlic or may be the lemon was kadwa, my whole rice became bitter. 😥😥.

This is ellipaya kaaram.. Usually we make ellipaya kaaram.. mix with rice (as curry) using oil for binding kaaram to rice.. When this is mixed on stove.. its Masala Rice 😂
