Ingredients-
1.5 Cup Rice
2 tbsp Oil
2 Spoon Desi Ghee
4-5 Cloves
7-8 Black Pepper
2 Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Cumin
1 finely chopped Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Tomatoes 2 Kashmiri Red Chilli Puree
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 Chopped Tomatoes
2 Green Chilli
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Spring Onion Green
Ingredients for Boondi Raita-
1.5 Cup Curd
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup Boondi
Coriander leaves

I am from pakistan . I made this at midnight and it was verry delicious same like karachi biryani !!! ❤ It was so esay to make and soo yummy everyone was shocked that i made it 😂 . I loved this recipe . I would recommend to add ghara mirch which is called chillie flakes for a more yummy taste😊
