This is very simple procedure to make biryani, a really tested well . Small suggestion - If rice are old then it takes 2.5 glass of water in total for cooking that 1.5 glass pf rice . Rest tests is awesome.🔥🔥

because veg cannot be biryani...could be tasty ...but biriyani ...nope...this is pulao..biriyani is a different genre of food...veg pulao is tasty nevertheless.
Awesome recipe...exactly as you said..ekdum hotel jesa taste..infact my MIL said it was better than hotel or dhaba..I used beetroot,capsicum instead of beans,potato and cauliflower...doubted that my experiment may go wrong,but it turned super delicious...great going...keep it up

I tried this recipe as it is explained by u n guess wht it was superb. My husband liked a lot and asked to made it again. I made a slight change that is I used soya chunks in place of paneer as I didn't had in home today
