Cinnamon stick दालचीनी - 1
Green Cardamom छोटी इलाइची -2
Black Pepper काली मिर्च -4 Clove लौंग -2
Cumin seeds जीरा - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion कटे हुए प्याज -2
Ginger Garlic Paste अदरक लहसुन की पेस्ट - 1 tsp
Red chili लाल मिर्च -2
Chopped Tomato बारीक़ कटे हुए टमाटर - 4
Green chili slit lengthwise लम्बे कटे हुए हरी मिर्च 2
Turmeric powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
Coriander powder धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Garam Masala गरम मसाला - 1 tsp
Chopped Mint बारीक़ कटा हुआ पुदीना (Pudina)
water पानी - 2.5 Cup
Salt as per Taste नमक स्वाद अनुसार

It was super hit. I made this for my family. If you are teenager then this is so easy to make. It tastes so good. I soaked the rice for 30 mins and after making tomato rice it was fluffy.
