Hello Bird how are you doing? I really wanted to thank you for you gentle yoga movements. I have been dealing with a back injury that has been taken me a while to heal. I believe in Christ our Lord to heal me. I do plan on working out with you more. I often have stiffness in my spine. I messed up my L4 and L5. Everyday is a struggle. First I was told that I have sactica herniated bulge disk. Then neurologist has mentioned I have fybromyalgia. Honestly, I have done everything that I can think of of healing. I know that one day I will be. So I keep working through the pain trying see and listening to my body to find the right gentle yoga steps. I think and feel that I enjoy working out with you. Thank you so much for making these videos. ❤❤❤
hi! if you have fibromyalgia, you might also want to look into yoga for chronic illnesses. i found the channel santosha spirit here on youtube to be awesome for yoga classes, and general nuggetsif wisdom for living with chronic illness. hope you are doing better now :)

Love restorative yoga and appreciate the flow of this video! So grateful to have found you and have been including your calming yoga vids in my daily practice. This one opened me up in the most beautiful ways and brought me to tears. These vids have helped me rebalance as my menstrual cycle arrives as well. Thank you 🙏🏾 💕
Thank you for this beautiful practice! It was somehow intensely restorative, and though I've been in pain for a while I had no idea how much emotion I've had stored in my hips!! My body couldn't fathom a backbend with the block on its medium setting, but it felt really nice on the lowest setting. ✨🙏🏼✨

Feeling very blue tonight and can’t shake it off, so I thought perhaps some yoga and a hot bath might help reset me. So far this session certainly helped me clear my mind, thank you.
I love your timing and the video was edited nicely. Very grounding after a day of work. However would love to get more options on some poses like I cannot have my back flat and twist my leg
For the supine twist, i shared a modification by placing pillows or blankets under the shoulder/back and under the knee so that the back does not stay flat and is less of a twist including elevating the knee so the stretch is not so deep...this is a great option for anyone whos back cannot stay flat and allows for more support. Ultimately if this pose doesn't feel good even with the modifications you should get creative and sub for a pose that feels better. I can't give 3 or more options for each pose i guide as this would make the video 10x longer and take from the actual sequence so i do my best by offering modifications. I hope that makes sense. If you are interested i also have a full 30 day playlist for inflexibility that offers some creative ways to access poses, you can find it in my playlist section under yoga challenges. Feel free to try out any classes in any order 💗
