If anyone is upset about Not Now being taken down a step! It is quite common for most musicians to do this. It is to help keep the voice strong throughout shows. Maroon 5 does it alot. Anyways, in 99 when Adams Song came out off Enema, the song was brought down by a half step because it was so hard even then for mark to sing! Not Now, and Adams Song are blinks hardest songs to sing, if they gave it their all, their vocals could be affected with the remaining songs. He struggled with the song and, coupled with his smoking, had a big scare with losing his voice. Tom picked up the choruses to give Mark’s voice a rest.
