I am 69 years old and in pretty good shape exercising, including walking/weights/stretching, five days a week. For the last month, I've been doing Meredith's muffin top workout three days a week. When I stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in a month, I was greeted with a three pound weigh loss!! What a nice bonus! Thank you so much.
That's awesome! Hope you're still at it! My first workout was today and also the first time I've been able to feel my abs since 2014 after hysterectomy. I'm 55 now with severe TBI. After the hysterectomy my muffin grew. I just started working out again after I got rid of a doctor who wouldn't, or couldn't, consider my TBI and misdiagnosed me with seziures. The meds made me so fatigued, all I did was sleep for three years. Call me Rip Van Winklette 😂 I started 2 weeks ago doing floor exercises and it was killing me. I found Meredith's stretching first time this morning, then the ab workout! Thank goodness! 🎉 I'm excited that I have hope to feel physically well again. (I have some muscle spasticity in my back and this didn't hurt it)
At 68, this is my 30th day of Svelte workouts. I've been steady on my ellyptical for five years, but Svelte workouts have made the difference in getting toned. Love your workouts, Mere and Coach Gaby are inspiring!

Thanks for this. I've been working out to lose the Corona 30 since 1/11/21. I've lost close to 30 lbs so far. I started with 30 days of walking, then I added a 30 day challenge. I switched my challenge at 30 days so this workout would be a wonderful add to my current routine. Btw, I also changed my diet. I'm looking and feeling great. I posted all of this to encourage someone.
Trying to loose that weight too, can’t blame Corona but it’s been stubborn for the last year. Basically I hit a plateau and wasn’t prepared to do more, now I am. Thanks for the encouragement.

I did it. It was simple and over before i knew it. Im 54. Im 30 pounds overweight. Im certain that I can manage doing this daily. And yes, i did sweat. Which im kind of shocked because i feel like i didn't do tons of stuff. I like this! Thanx for this video.
Meredith, you are my savior. ❤ I have a severe TBI and have a very hard time with floor exercises because of all my nerve damage. My narcissist sister told me I'm lazy, and told me to be accountablefor my tbI, so I just stopped in 2012. Now I started again 2 weeks ago doing floor stretching, and it was killing me. I didn't feel a difference either. Just fatigued. Today, I started this workout, and I can feel my ab muscles again! I had a hysterectomy in 2014 and I have balance issues so I do chair yoga, but this workout really didn't mess with my balance. It looks like I can do this daily to work on my belly. It also helps my legs and arms. Thank you, I appreciate you! ❤🎉😊

Great BIG THANKYOU.....been doing this most days for about 2 weeks now.....my gardeners back and shoulder ache has dropped off, feel more stable and balanced.....aware that I get out of bed in a more cohesive way and that my sitting posture is much better too and being a woman entering her 60th year am seeing and feeling a distinct difference around my abdomen and hips......I'm feeling good!! Have shared with a few friends and family who are also onboard!! The obvious difference to me is motivation enough to keep at it and at just 7 minutes I can do it before work and feel all good with myself!!

I'm sixty years old and have increased belly fat over the last 15 years or so, and this is definitely helping! Love these short workouts! I've been in pretty good shape for most of my adult life, but could never get through those crazy 1.5 hour aerobic workouts back in the day! It made me feel so crazy! Love these short workouts---it's helped me re-frame my thought process on working out for this stage of my life! Will start incorporating more of these! Thanks so much!

Following this workout and doing a HIT cardio routine has changed my figure from post pregnancy to hourglass again! I’m so glad I found this routine. I do it several times a week and really feel and see the difference when I dont 😅

Thanks for the great workout. I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing some exercises, I can do all of these exercises without hurting my shoulder. Makes me feel better that I can do some exercises to get/stay in shape.
This workout is great as a sitting workout! I have been non weight bearing due to surgery for a broken leg. I have been modifying Mere’s workouts for sitting on a bench

I've had 2 knee surgeries in my right knee as well will eventually have my left knee done. I am weighing in at 233 lbs. Tying to loose the weight to hold off the surgery and to get in shape for a better less pai full life.
I really like these muffin top standing exercise. I have some injuries I’m in the process of healing and these are perfect addition to what I’m doing with PT. I like these so much, I’ll keep doing them but add more reps as I heal. Thanking you a whole bunch!! 🙏

I love these exercises, they are perfect for me. I'm not able to do a lot of the floor exercises because of a nerve problem in my shoulder and neck but I'm fine doing standing exercises. Thanks so much for this Meredith.

I'm already noticing that my body is changing. I'm thankful for all the studying what you took so much time I myself was in the medical field and yes allot of research is also in that field I'm so thankful you took the time to really care like Many in the medical field strive for people to live a healthier lifestyle. I am 71 and had 7 compression fractures a year and a half ago due to osteoporosis. I have been on OP meds since then, and have not fractured since. I need to strengthen my core and back muscles to help prevent future fractures. Would you recommend this workout for me?
I started today with arms and thighs and tomorrow I intend to add this and another from your list. Thank you for sharing all of these! I don't do floor exercises because to be honest it hurts my body. I've got metal in my back so once that hurts I'm done but if I can prevent that I can carry on so on my feet wins the prize! I've had total hip surgery in September and honestly I've been pretty in-active for a few years building up to this happening due to so much pain . I've just turned 60 and feel like I've lost myself .... I've gained too much weight with sitting and allowing things to heal and I beat myself up but I know I have to realise I just had major surgery . I REALLY want my sexy feeling and looking self back !!!! Are your workouts safe for someone like me who's still going through some things ; mainly my i-T band that runs from your buttocks down side of quad is sooooo tight and were trying to get it loosened up .

Great easy workout to do first thing in the morning as well as on breaks at work. My mom is slightly disabled can't get up and down from the floor. She to whole challenging found this doable for her. Thank you for helping two lady's out 😁

Great BIG THANKYOU.....been doing this most days for about 2 weeks now.....my gardeners back and shoulder ache has dropped off, feel more stable and balanced.....aware that I get out of bed in a more cohesive way and that my sitting posture is much better too and being a woman entering her 60th year am seeing and feeling a distinct difference around my abdomen and hips......I'm feeling good!! Have shared with a few friends and family who are also onboard!! The obvious difference to me is motivation enough to keep at it and at just 7 minutes I can do it before work and feel all good with myself!!

I'm sixty years old and have increased belly fat over the last 15 years or so, and this is definitely helping! Love these short workouts! I've been in pretty good shape for most of my adult life, but could never get through those crazy 1.5 hour aerobic workouts back in the day! It made me feel so crazy! Following this workout and doing a HIT cardio routine has changed my figure from post pregnancy to hourglass again! I’m so glad I found this routine. I do it several times a week and really feel and see the difference when I dont 😅

Thanks for the great workout. I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing some exercises, I can do all of these exercises without hurting my shoulder. Makes me feel better that I can do some exercises to get/stay in shape.

Yeah I can't do floor exercise like planks because my nerves of hand pains alot it is a good workout

I've had 2 knee surgeries in my right knee as well will eventually have my left knee done. I am weighing in at 233 lbs. Tying to loose the weight to hold off the surgery and to get in shape for a better less pai full life.

I love these exercises, they are perfect for me. I'm not able to do a lot of the floor exercises because of a nerve problem in my shoulder and neck but I'm fine doing standing exercises. Thanks so much for this Meredith.

I am 71 and had 7 compression fractures a year and a half ago due to osteoporosis. I have been on OP meds since then, and have not fractured since. I need to strengthen my core and back muscles to help prevent future fractures. Would you recommend this workout for me?
I started today with arms and thighs and tomorrow I intend to add this and another from your list. Thank you for sharing all of these! I don't do floor exercises because to be honest it hurts my body. I've got metal in my back so once that hurts I'm done but if I can prevent that I can carry on so on my feet wins the prize! I've had total hip surgery in September and honestly I've been pretty in-active for a few years building up to this happening due to so much pain . I've just turned 60 and feel like I've lost myself .... I've gained too much weight with sitting and allowing things to heal and I beat myself up but I know I have to realise I just had major surgery .
I REALLY want my sexy feeling and looking self back !!!! Are your workouts safe for someone like me who's still going through some things ; mainly my i-T band that runs from your buttocks down side of quad is sooooo tight and were trying to get it loosened up .

Great easy workout to do first thing in the morning as well as on breaks at work. My mom is slightly disabled can't get up and down from the floor. She to whole challenging found this doable for her. Thank you for helping two lady's out 😁
