Been watching for a 2 weeks now. Im 21 and Im starting my marketing and training company already. I havent even established the company but clients just show up. When youre hungry for success, you attract success.
I love Grant Cardone! Only thing I don't like or would change; Go to college if your passion is Law or Medical. Enough said! I am going to law school for the love of the law but before that I was in sales (real estate) establishing myself. Now I can go to school with no worries and hopefully go to law school without taking out loans. Keep Hustling!

+Nancy Yes mam, minus the robbery, drugs, and unpaid restitution that the wolf of wall streets Jordan Belfort was, I basically come at this business the same exact way with 150% effort and focus to be able to live free like we should be able to in this great country of ours! I'm a little fish truth be told I just trust Grants methods because it's worked wonders so far.
First off, love your content GC. On college, in order to be an officer in the U.S. Army, you must have a degree. My degree was paid for by the State National Guard, and by my GI Bill that I earned as a result of deploying to Afghanistan after high school. That degree allowed me to commission as an officer and laid the groundwork for a 15 year career in the military. That career led me to a great position as a management consultant at the largest MC firm in the world. I also met my wife in college and I had the time of my life. I did not pay for college and it led me to a great career and what is now my family. I invest in real estate on the side as my second flow. I agree that college is not just a default answer, but in my case it worked out and I do not regret it one bit! I'm getting my master's degree in business next year. The Real Estate investor who is teaching me about investing just graduated from that program and also referred me to that program. I understand what GC is saying that college won't teach you to be rich, but there are many other benefits that can come from college, if you have a plan. But the cost is crazy and if you can figure out a way to not have to pay for all of it, that would be the way to go.
he is and ignorant idiot :) he has no clue how this world works. If it were up to him, this world would be a horrbile place. university is a place where people develop scientific knowledge and improve this world with useful science, inventions etc.
Money or getting rich is a useless object unless you have a goal for which you need that. The world doesnt need conartists like him.

Grant, I believe when people are wondering who you are they aren't using "dude" to describe you. You mistake arrogance for confidence. Anyone who has to humiliate others to make a point is a poor leader, and a poor example to follow. Unfortunately there are so many desperate people who are willing to do anything to become successful they lose them self and allow charlatans like you to take advantage of them. I hope one day people will wake up and realize you need them (Because without them, that particular revenue stream would dry up) more than they need you. There are MANY other mentors out there so much better than you they could follow that can help them achieve more, and do so without losing their dignity. This isn't hating, it's just a fact.

I agree that success is in your reach, but it doesn't help somebody if they don't have the money to buy real estate. Finding money from investors is like throwing a penny in a wishing well. You gotta know people and you gotta have money to invest in big real estate.

Haha Love it - i have bought the books and reading them over and over and am learning a lot from them and started putting them into practice. I definitely got me some new problems and things are moving for me.. But though I love GC's work, I'm sure glad my physician went to college....

love it! I listen to sales books all the time while driving around to our current customers or while cold calling. Grants books are the only ones I can listen to multiple times and still find interesting, fun and valuable. Anytime someone asks me about recommendations for sales books I always tell them 10X (my favourite), BOBA, If you're not first you're last, and Sell or be sold!
also, when i first started listening I was so worried about making sure I wrote stuff down etc. I found that just by simply listening to the books multiple times I started using and adapting many of the techniques automatically and I've had 3 customers in the last few weeks wanting to hire me for a sales position if I ever decide to change jobs.
last thing! If I ever feel tired or not 100% excited in the morning, just listening to 10X or BOBA for 20-30 minutes will change that guaranteed!

GC, you´re the best in your industry and if you make millions with only a few employees maybe that place is "bigger" than a factory. I read some free downloaded GC books and he is kind of a sports coach simple to understand for all but there are more in the game of business that only a complicated book like Michael Porter´s "Competitive Strategy " can help me, anyway is always nice to hear GC shouting - " Don´t be lazy! Don´t be a little bitch!"

The laws of financial freedom you had to figure out yourself, I`m sure. But wasn´t that knowledge of balance sheets and finance essential to your development? Just curious...
Not really. That would mean that every person that is successful has an accounting background which is not true. Figuring out expenditures and income isn't all that difficult, and as you age, you learn more about it along the way.
