Munger and Buffett have both achieved an incredible feat with Berkshire. They've turned thousands to billions, and have made a lot of people wealthy in the process. I really saw the potential of the stock market by reading Berkshire's annual letters. I recently sold my $674k apartment in the Bel Air area and I'm hoping to throw it into the stock market. I just don't want to lose everything.

Most newbies either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

5 years later I came across this. What a down to earth human being. Just love him. I love giving, helping others too. I have learnt you don't have to have millions to give start with what you have. I've always known that but will do better. I have an acre of land want to grow vegetables and raise chickens but it's so far from my house I can hardly go there because I'm unemployed and the petrol prices are sooo high. I will find a way I will keep moving till I realise this dream. Thank @Tom Bilyeu for this incredible interview. What a wonderful man-a wise and caring father figure for everyone. It's nice to hear being decent can also make money. The world, and especially this country needs to hear his philosophy of being a kind and reasonable person-that is true intelligence. Caring about his employees and treating them with respect (like sentient beings) is a good reminder for corporate America bc being greedy and saving the top few while sacrificing everyone else is not right. Basic laws of Karma. I also love how he puts it right by saying people in charge are supposed to set the example of how to lead by collaborating with the group rather than just being bossy with an inflated ego that only serves to make everything stressful and low vibrational. He walks his talk and he is a refreshing example of what we need to aspire to. Thank you! 🙏🌈

Having worked with plenty of billionaires for more than a decade, I rarely met one who was truly happy with his life choices cause they get bored of money and it never bring happiness to them.
The happiest person I ve ever met was a Sikh indian working in a school for orphans, the glow of happiness was priceless and rarely seen in the world of billionaires....don't evaluate success with money, it s bullshit!

I am so thankful for this, I recently decided I would follow my dreams of becoming a cosmetologist. As I was doing research on the owners and founders of the school I had picked. I came across this video and I am certain everything happens for a reason.
This is the industry for me.
in the process of finding out about the school, I have fallen in awe of John Paul. Ive always admired him, we are very similar. I had no idea he was one of the reasons for Paul Mitchell the school.
I highly believe in sharing your overflow with others and treating others with kindness.
Before I saw this video 15 times back to back I had made my decision but now the urge to go is more intense.
I am proud to say I will be attending Paul Mitchell The School in my city. That was the school I was researching.
EVERYTHING HE SAID IN THIS INTERVIEW resonates heavily with my heart.
I was always made fun of growing up for trying to help others, specially because I didn't have much myself.
I cant to be able to continue sharing my overflow and becoming a legend like this man! woo
